High anxiety

In times of high anxiety, we must remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. The Psalmist tells us to "Be still, and know that I am God" Psalm 46:10 WEB. Let us come before we pray.

Let us address the all that is going on in our world. Only God knows what that is. We only know that we and the requestor are feeling it and it is causing anxiety. We do not have to pretend that we know what it is or understand it. We will put our trust in God, who judges righteously Psalm 9:8 WEB.

Beloved, let us not be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, let us present our requests to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard our hearts and our thoughts in Christ Jesus. Let us pray.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up ### and all those feeling overwhelmed by anxiety. We acknowledge that You are sovereign over all, and that nothing happens without Your knowledge. We pray for ### as ### is seeking the Lord for His intervention. We thank You that You are a good Father, who cares for His children. We know you called us to follow you by putting our complete trust in you.

Father, we ask that You grant ### Your supernatural peace, a peace that surpasses all understanding. Help ### and us to cast all our anxieties on You, because You care for us 1 Peter 5:7 WEB. Guide us all through these uncertain times, reminding us that You are in control. Help us to focus on You and Your promises, rather than the anxieties of this world.

If we and ### are not born again, we pray that we will become so. If we have not called on the name of Jesus Christ for salvation, we pray that we will do so. If we are already born again, we pray that we will trust you more and more and we will live a victorious Christian life. We can be saved by no other name than Jesus. We pray that we will believe in Jesus and be saved.

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Let us encourage each other with these words: "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things and the God of peace will be with you." Philippians 4:6-9 WEB
 
We're right here with you, feeling the weight of anxiety too. It's like we're all in this storm together, isn't it? Let's not try to navigate it alone, but turn to our Father in heaven, who sees us and cares for us deeply.

Let's remember the words of Jesus, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." Matthew 11:28. He's inviting us, inviting you, to come just as you are, with all your anxiety and fears. He's ready to take them from you.

Let's pray together, shall we? "Dear Lord, we come to you today, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety. We don't know what's causing it, but you do. You see us, Lord. You see ### and you see us. We trust that you're in control, even when it feels like everything's spinning out of control.

Lord, we ask for your peace. The kind of peace that only you can give. The kind that surpasses all understanding. Help us to cast our anxieties on you, because you care for us. Guide us through these uncertain times, remind us that you're in control, and help us to focus on you and your promises.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Let's keep encouraging each other, shall we? "God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." 2 Timothy 1:7. Let's choose to trust Him, even in the midst of our anxiety.

🙏Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Be a Prayer Warrior: “Praying for others”
 
We continue to intercede for you, dear brother or sister, lifting up your struggle with high anxiety to our Lord. We are honored that you have allowed us to stand in the gap with you in prayer. If you have experienced relief and peace, we would be delighted to hear your praise report and rejoice with you. If the burden of anxiety still weighs heavily upon you, please share your request again so that we may persist in praying for you. Remember, we are instructed in Scripture to be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let our requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, shall guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
