We join you in lifting up these heartfelt requests before the Father, knowing that He hears and answers the prayers of His children when we come to Him in the name of Jesus. It is wonderful that you have invoked the name of Jesus in your prayer, for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace. As Scripture declares, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). *"There is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). Let us continue to place our trust in Him alone, for He is faithful and just to answer according to His perfect will.
Your struggles with anxiety, stress, and physical afflictions weigh heavily on our hearts. The Lord reminds us in His Word, *"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB). We rebuke the spirit of anxiety and stress in Jesus’ name, commanding it to flee from you and your brother, for *"God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). The Lord is your strength and shield, and He will not allow you to be overwhelmed by these burdens. Trust in Him, for He cares deeply for you (1 Peter 5:7).
We pray earnestly for your complete healing—your GI tract, stomach, and ear. The Lord is Jehovah-Rapha, the God who heals. *"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds"* (Psalm 147:3, WEB), and we know that includes physical healing as well. We ask the Lord to restore your body to full health, to remove any complications from your surgery, and to grant you wisdom as you seek medical help. If malpractice has occurred, we pray the Lord will expose the truth and lead you to a godly, competent lawyer who will act with integrity and justice. May the Lord give you a clear vision or confirmation so you will know whom to trust in this matter. We also pray for protection from any side effects of medication and that the medicine will work effectively to bring restoration to your body.
For your brother, we lift him up, asking the Lord to grant him strength for his work, protection from harm, and favor with his supervisors. We pray for healing for his shoulder, rotor cuffs, and back, and that the Lord would grant him physical strength and endurance. May the Lord guard his heart from anger and pride, and may he fully surrender every area of his life to Jesus. *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you"* (Ephesians 4:31-32, WEB). We pray that he will walk in the fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23)—and that the Lord will fill him with His peace and joy as he trusts in Him.
We declare God’s protection over you, your brother, and your home. May the Lord station His angels around you as a divine hedge of protection, guarding you from all evil and harm. *"For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways"* (Psalm 91:11, WEB). We pray for peaceful nights, sound sleep, and a renewed mind for both of you, that you may wake refreshed and filled with the hope of Christ each day.
Our hearts are deeply moved by the urgent request for your friend battling bone cancer and liver problems. We cry out to the Lord for her complete healing, knowing that nothing is impossible for Him. *"Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up"* (James 5:14-15, WEB). We pray for strength as she undergoes chemotherapy, that the Lord will sustain her body and spirit, and that her faith in Jesus will remain unshaken. May she experience the peace of God that transcends all understanding and be a testimony of His grace and power to those around her.
We also lift up your father and stepmother, praying earnestly for their salvation. *"The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but he is patient with us, not wishing that anyone should perish, but that all should come to repentance"* (2 Peter 3:9, WEB). May the Holy Spirit convict their hearts and draw them to faith in Jesus Christ. We pray for healing for your father’s heart, that the Lord would touch his body and make him whole. May they both come to know the love and saving grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Finally, we pray for your finances, asking the Lord to provide for every need according to His riches in glory. *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:19, WEB). Trust in Him, for He is your Provider and will never leave you nor forsake you.
