Hi my brothers and sisters in Christ. You all are my church family and you are the only people I open up to ...that is why I probably post so many pray requests. I work with kids and I really like my job however, the lead teacher in the class I work in undermines me all the time. It is very difficult to gain the respect of the kids when this is happening. It makes me feel bad because I want what is best for the kids as well as she does but I think she feels it's a competition for the love of the children. When she undermines me, the children pick up on that and begin to not listen to me and it makes it very difficult for me and them. Please pray she stops doing that. It is so frustrating because I genuinely love these kids so please pray she stops undermining me, the kids warm up to me, along with the parents and co workers. I know she wants what's best for the kids too but she also wants to be number one with them.
