Hi. I'm not really sure how to even articulate how I'm feeling right now, but I could use some good thoughts and prayers from folks. I've been struggling for some time now - I feel very lonely, I'm not good at making connections and friends, especially as I've gotten older. My job is unfulfilling and stressful and I just feel like I'm missing out on life right now.

Compared to people dealing with true loss, or fighting cancer, I know I have it very good and I realize that. Which makes this all the more frustrating that I can't get out of my own way to help others right now. I know I need a visit to my doctor, but a few good prayers and good thoughts just might get me off the mat and back on my feet. Thank you for your thoughtfulness.
