hi,

i work at a mattress company and my sales numbers have been horrible. I don't care about making a lot of money, but management has taken notice of my numbers and are not happy with my performance. I am fairly new, only been here about four months, but I am just not selling as well as some of my co-workers. I am in a very low traffic store on a more frugal side of town.

I have been getting not only bad traffic, but people wanting comfort exchanges, refunds, etc. so the profit margin at this store is almost non existant.

Please pray for me to have a good attitude. I thought God told me to hang in there. It is minimum wage, which I can live with, but there is a lot of training and drama in this industry and the temptation to find a better paying job for less work is real.

Pray that I have wisdom on whether or not this is the right job for me. I truly enjoy what I do, but lately i just am not getting customers that are interested enough for me to close them. THanks.
