Father, Son and Holy Ghost please become the obsession of this Prayer Warrior. Be more than enough for him (or her), living a blessed, busy life and plenty to interest him other than food. Fasting does not suit everyone, may he get to enjoy food, it is a blessing, may his metabolism and health be excellent. There is a time to feast and a time to not feast, but please guide and help him as he needs. Thank-you. Praise the Lord!
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother or sister who is struggling with an obsession with food and finding it difficult to fast. Lord, we know that You are our strength and our refuge, and we ask that You grant them the self-control and discipline they need to overcome this challenge.
Your Word says in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." We pray that they will find their strength in You, Lord, and that You will help them to focus on spiritual nourishment and growth. Help them to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, as stated in Matthew 6:33, and trust that all other things will be added unto them.
Father, we ask that You fill their heart with a deep desire for Your presence and Your Word, so that they may find satisfaction in You alone. Guide them and give them wisdom, as promised in James 1:5, to make healthy choices and to honor You with their body, which is a temple of the Holy Spirit.
We pray for Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. May they experience the joy and freedom that comes from walking closely with You.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
