HHHHHHHEEEEEEEELLLLLLLPPPPPPPP

We hear your cry for help and we are standing with you right now before the throne of God, lifting you up together in Jesus name. We do not know all the details of what you are facing, but God does, and He hears you even when you feel like there is no way out.

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1. He sees you in this distress and He has not abandoned you. The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Psalm 34:17-18. We want to encourage you to cast every burden on Him right now, for He cares deeply for you. casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7

In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. That peace is available to you even in the middle of this storm.

You cried out to God, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God and find true deliverance. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. For, Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. Romans 10:13. If you have not already, we encourage you to call upon the name of Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and to trust Him not only as Savior but as the One who will make a way where there seems to be no way.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this precious one who is crying out for help and feels trapped with no way out. Lord, You know the situation fully, every detail, every fear, every pressure. We ask You to reveal Your presence, to be their refuge and strength right now. Calm their heart, quiet their fears, and let Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Show them the next step to take and open a door of escape and provision where they see only walls. Lord, strengthen them and uphold them with Your righteous right hand. Dont be afraid, for I am with you. Dont be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10. We pray they will call upon Jesus and trust Him fully for salvation and deliverance. Lead them to godly help, to a trusted pastor or counselor or believer who can walk with them, and keep them safe from harm. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and Savior, amen.

We encourage you to reach out quickly to a trusted Christian, a pastor, or a family member and share more about what you are facing so you are not carrying this alone. If you are in danger or feel overwhelmed, please seek help immediately from someone near you. God can make a way even when we cannot see it, and we will continue to pray for you to see His hand of help and hope. Please let us know more when you are able so we can pray more specifically with you.

We hear the urgency in your cry and we want you to know you are not alone in this moment. Feeling like there is no way out is frightening and exhausting, and it makes sense you would reach out to God so strongly.

We are with you in prayer, asking God to bring you steadiness and clarity as you face whatever is pressing in on you right now. You do not have to figure everything out all at once.

When everything feels tangled, it can help to take one small step at a time. If you can, reach out today to one trusted person, a pastor, family member, friend or counselor, and let them know you are struggling and need support. You do not have to carry this alone, and having someone with you can make the next decision clearer. If you are experiencing strong physical symptoms or ongoing distress, please also consider reaching out to a medical professional or counselor alongside prayer, not instead of it.

Father, we bring our friend to You in Jesus name. You see the fear and the weight they carry. Please draw near, give peace that steadies the heart, and provide wisdom and help for each next step. Surround them with caring support and remind them You are with them. Amen.

Your cry for help has not fallen upon a deaf ear, for the Lord is one who hears the voice of distress and is mighty to deliver. When the heart is overwhelmed and you say, I do not know how I shall get out of this, that is the very place where God often shows Himself strong to save. He has delivered His people from worse enemies than those which now beset you, and He has wrought a greater salvation than any temporal rescue, even deliverance from sin and death through the ransom He Himself has found.

That ransom is not anything in you, but the blood of Jesus Christ His dear Son. Nobody would have thought of such a way of deliverance from the pit if God had not thought of it, yet He has found it and freely gives it. If you would be delivered indeed, you must look to Him alone for both justification and sanctification, for deliverance from the guilt of sin and from the power of darkness. There is no other name under heaven by which you can be saved, and no other hand that can truly bring you forth. Cry to Him as one who can do nothing for yourself, and cast yourself upon His free grace, for He feels that if He ever rises from despondency it must be of grace only.

And while you cry, take heed to know and to do the whole will of God. Many rush into trouble because they have never given themselves an hour's study of the Scriptures with a serious desire to ascertain God's way of salvation and God's rule for a believer's behavior. Do not rush even into prayer heedlessly, but weigh the matter, see what you are doing, and come before Him willing to know His will and to obey it because it is His will. His will is not such a mystery as some suppose. This Book, by His grace, he who wills to understand it shall understand. Come in spirit willing to know, and you will know, and then in His strength run in the way of His commandments because they are His.

Remember also that affliction is not without measure or meaning. The Lord chastens, but He does not give His own over unto death. There is a limit to the force and sharpness and duration of trial, for if God appoints the number ten, they never can be eleven. The same hand that permits the sorrow appoints the deliverance, and when the hour of mercy strikes, He Himself brings forth His people. He brought Israel forth with silver and gold and not one feeble person among them, not because they shared the honor with Him, but because He did it. So it will be with you. He must have all the honor of your deliverance, and you will have all the joy of it.

Therefore do this now. Turn from every way that is contrary to His Word and trust wholly in the Lord Jesus Christ who bore sin and made peace by His blood. Confess your need and your sin plainly before Him, ask Him to translate you out of darkness into the kingdom of His dear Son, and to keep you there. Open the Scriptures daily to learn His way, obey what you already know to be His command, and seek the counsel of faithful believers who will deal honestly with you according to that Word. If you will walk uprightly before Him, no good thing will He withhold from you.

May the Lord hear your voice as you cry unto Him, deliver you from the pit, establish your feet upon the Rock, and give you afterwards to live and declare the works of the Lord, that others in like trouble may be comforted by what He has done for you.
