Beloved of All
STRONGEST PRAYERS FOR MY EYESIGHT & HEALTH. I AM IN A HORRIBLE SITUATION!!!!! I AM REALLY SCARED!!!!!! PLEASE ALWAYS REMEMBER ME IN YOUR PRAYERS!!!!!

We have heard your urgent cry for help and we are standing with you in prayer right now in this horrible and frightening situation with your eyesight and health. We hear how scared you are and our hearts are moved with compassion for you, and we want you to know that God sees you and hears you even in this moment of fear.

The Lord does not want you to be overwhelmed by fear, for He is near to you. We are reminded of His promise, "Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness." Isaiah 41:10 And also, "For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." 2 Timothy 1:7 and "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." Psalm 34:18 When we are afraid we can choose to put our trust in Him, casting all our worries on Him, because He cares for us. 1 Peter 5:7

We also know that God is our healer and that nothing is too hard for Him. He says, "But I will restore you to health, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh" Jeremiah 30:17 and "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases" Psalm 103:2-3 We encourage you to continue to seek appropriate medical care promptly for your eyes and health while trusting the Lord to work through those means and also to touch you directly according to His will. Do not face this alone, reach out to trusted medical professionals and to faithful believers around you for support, and bring every anxious thought to God in prayer, for "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7

We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and receive salvation and answered prayer. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." John 14:6 and "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." Acts 4:12 If you have not already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and to call upon His name for salvation and for help in every need.

We now join together in prayer for you.

Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. You see the horrible situation and the great fear about eyesight and health, and we ask You to have mercy and bring Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard this heart and mind. Lord, we ask You to touch the eyes and the body, to bring healing and restoration according to Your will, to guide the doctors and give wisdom for treatment, and to strengthen and uphold this dear one with Your righteous right hand. Rebuke the spirit of fear and fill this heart with Your power, love and sound mind. Let Your presence be felt in a powerful way, reminding this dear one that You are near to the brokenhearted and that You care deeply. We pray for complete healing if it is Your will, and for comfort, courage and hope in the midst of this trial. We ask that this dear one would know Jesus more deeply as Savior and Healer and would trust fully in Him. We will continue to remember you in our prayers. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our hope and our healer, Amen.

We have been thinking of you since we read your note. To feel so scared about your eyesight and your health, and to feel stuck in a horrible situation, is a lot to carry. Thank you for reaching out and letting us know how urgent this feels for you. We will keep remembering you in prayer.

When vision and health are uncertain, fear can grow very quickly and make everything feel even more overwhelming. You do not have to walk through these days alone. If you have not already, please reach out soon to your eye doctor or primary care provider and let them know what you are experiencing and how worried you are. It can help to bring a trusted family member, friend or pastor with you to appointments to listen and support you, and to follow the guidance they give. Alongside prayer, good medical care is an important way God provides help.

We also encourage you to let one safe person near you know how scared you feel right now, so you have company and prayer support day by day.

Father, we lift our friend to You right now. You see the fear and the health concerns weighing on them. Please bring Your peace, comfort and presence near, give wisdom to those caring for them, and guide each next step. Help them to feel remembered and not alone. In Jesus name, amen.

Your cry has come before us and we have heard the trembling and fear in your words, and we do not pass it by lightly. You are remembered before the throne of grace, and we will bear you up in prayer, asking the Lord to look upon you in your affliction and to grant you His comfort and mercy.

The Lord saith, Comfort ye, comfort ye my people. It is His own command, and He gives it not only to angels who encamp round them that fear Him, but to His people that they should comfort one another. Therefore we would seek to comfort you with the very Word of God, for this is our comfort in affliction, that His Word hath quickened us. When He would comfort us He often quickens us, and so by His Spirit we are revived and sustained even in the midst of trial.

You speak of your eyesight and your health, and of a horrible situation which makes you sore afraid. Remember that there is one great Physician who layeth His hands upon men and they are restored, and there is but one. There is one sacred Fountain opened on Calvary, and one Tree of Life whose leaves are for the healing of the nations. Look up to that Tree, even to Jesus Himself, for He is health to His people and He keepeth the soul of the believer in perpetual health. Though the body be weak and the eyes dim, His healing virtue is able to restore, and His grace is able to sustain you till eternal health shall be yours without spot or wrinkle.

Fear not, for though the billows roar, the soul that standeth upon the rock Christ Jesus shall not be moved. Our Lord who rebuked the winds and the sea is Master still, and He saith to His disciples, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith. Cast your fear upon Him, for He careth for you. If distress and gloom now hang over you as a sable garb, look back upon past deliverances and look forward to the promise that you shall forget your misery as waters that pass away. In Heaven there shall be no trace of pain or sorrow of any sort, and until that glory life begins, His abiding power can keep you.

We pray for you now, that the Lord in His infinite compassion would be pleased to lay His healing hand upon your eyes and upon your body, that He would grant skill to those who care for you and grant you relief from fear, that He would quiet your heart with the peace which passeth all understanding, and that He would give you to feel His presence encamped about you. May He quicken you by His Word, establish you in every good word and work, and make you to know that it shall be well with them that fear the Lord, in time and to eternal days.

We will continue to remember you in prayer, pleading that you may be comforted and kept, and that whether He restores you speedily or sustains you through a longer trial, you may be able to say, I know whom I have believed, and I know that my Redeemer liveth. May the Lord bless you and keep you, and cause His face to shine upon you in this dark hour. Amen.

Your urgent and fearful cry has been heard, and I want you to know that you are not forgotten. It is understandable to be deeply scared when your eyesight and health are threatened and your situation feels horrible and overwhelming. Fear and anxiety weigh heavily on the heart in such times, and God sees that fear.

We serve a Lord who is full of mercy and who cares for both soul and body. As Paul showed tender concern for Timothy when he told him to care for his bodily infirmities, so God does not despise our physical needs. He is the same Lord who touched the sick and at once restored them to health, showing that no disease is beyond His power and no cry for help is too small for His ear. He knows your frailty and He invites you to cast all your anxiety upon Him, because He cares for you.

Let us pray together now:

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, have mercy upon this dear one who is afraid and suffering. You know the trouble with their eyes and their health, and the horrible situation that has brought such fear. Touch them with Your healing hand, preserve their sight, restore strength to their body, and grant wisdom to all who care for them. Take away overwhelming fear and replace it with Your peace that guards heart and mind. Help them to feel Your nearness, to know that You are their refuge and strength, and to trust in Your unfailing love. Sustain them day by day and lead them through this trial. Amen.

Please be assured that you will continue to be remembered in prayer. Keep seeking the Lord, entrust yourself to His mercy, and also continue to seek proper medical care, for God often works through those means for our good. Even when fear rises, remember that He is with you and will not forsake you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your honest cry about your eyesight and your health has been heard, and we are praying for you in this frightening time. It is understandable to feel scared when your body feels fragile and the future feels uncertain, and God sees that fear and cares about it.

Scripture makes a distinction between the fear that overwhelms us and the reverent awe of God that steadies us. The beginning of true wisdom and knowledge is reverence for the Lord. That word does not mean a phobia, but a deep awe at who God is, His greatness and holiness, and a desire to love what He loves and to turn away from what He calls evil. To fear the Lord in this way is to hate evil and to depart from it, and the Bible connects that walk with Him to health and strength for the body and refreshment for the bones. It is both the starting point and the sum of a wise life. When we walk in that reverence, we walk with confidence, and God Himself becomes our confidence.

The other kind of fear, the sudden dread that comes when we focus on our problems, is an enemy of faith. Faith and fear cannot live together in the same place. When one comes in, the other leaves. We see this when Peter walked on the water toward Jesus. While his eyes were on Jesus he walked, but when he looked at the wind and the waves, fear gripped him and he began to sink. In the same way, when we forget the Lord and fix our eyes on the problem, fear takes over. Remembering the Lord is the cure for fear. As David said, even when walking through the valley of death, I will fear no evil for You are with me. God does not want you to be driven by panic into hasty or wrong decisions. He wants you to do what is wise and prudent while resting in His presence.

We also know that God cares about your physical health. He created your body and He bore our sicknesses and infirmities. The prophet Isaiah said He has borne our griefs, and that word includes our sicknesses, and the Gospels show Jesus healing many out of tender compassion. At the same time, the apostle John wrote to his friend Gaius with a personal wish, not a blanket promise, that he would prosper and be in health even as his soul prospers. That wish shows us something true, that there is a real connection between the well being of the soul and the well being of the body. Attitudes and inner peace affect the body, and a joyful, trusting heart is like good medicine, while fear and discouragement can harm us. God cares for both your soul and your body.

So we are praying for you in these ways. We ask the Lord to touch your eyes and your health according to His mercy and power, to give wisdom to those who care for you, and to guard your heart from sudden fear. We pray that He will help you keep your eyes on Jesus rather than on the waves around you, that you will grow in quiet reverence for Him and in turning from evil, and that your soul will prosper as you walk close to Him. The Bible says those who reverence the Lord lack no good thing. Even the strong young lions may go hungry, but those who seek the Lord will not lack what they truly need.

You are not forgotten. We will continue to remember you in prayer, asking God to give you peace that replaces fear, faith that overcomes dread, and His healing and sustaining grace day by day.
