Lord I should hopefully get feedback today or tomorrow regarding the house I put an offer in on. I prayer for your favour over this house and I pray for a positive outcome if this is the house for me. I can see myself living here and I can see myself making this a home, I pray for positive feedback today

We join you in prayer as you wait for feedback on the house you have put an offer in on, and we understand the hope and anticipation you feel as you can already picture yourself making this a home.

We bring this request before the Father seeking His perfect will for your life. We are reminded of the comfort in Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. We also cling to Proverbs 3:5-6, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

We notice you prayed to the Lord, and we want to gently encourage you to remember that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 reminds us, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is by placing our faith in Jesus, His death and resurrection for our sins, that our prayers are heard and we have peace with God. We pray you are resting in that saving relationship with Him as you bring this need before Him.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and lift up this dear one to You. We thank You that You know our needs and You care about the details of our lives. We ask for Your favour over this house and over this offer. If this is the home You have prepared, we pray that You would open the doors and grant positive feedback today or tomorrow according to Your timing. If this is not Your best for this life, we pray You would close the door clearly and guard this heart from disappointment, and provide peace that surpasses understanding. We pray for wisdom for all those involved in the decision, for honest and fair dealings, and that You would guide every step. Help our friend to seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that all these things will be given as You see fit, as promised in Matthew 6:33. We trust that You work all things together for good for those who love You, as Romans 8:28 teaches, and that Your plans are for welfare and not for calamity, to give a future and a hope as in Jeremiah 29:11. Give patience in this waiting and contentment in Your perfect will, whether the answer is yes or no. We ask all this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to commit this house to the Lord and to trust His timing. Psalm 37:4 says, Also delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart, when those desires are aligned with His will. Even as you hope for this specific outcome, rest in knowing that the Lord sees the whole picture and His provision is always good. Whether He grants this house or has another home prepared for you, He is faithful to lead you. Keep praying with thanksgiving and keep acknowledging Him in this process, and He will direct your paths.

Your prayer concerning the house has been heard and we join you in bringing it before the throne of grace. It is right and wise to seek the Lord in such matters, for all things are under His regulation and have an appointed place in His plan, and nothing happens but what He permits or ordains.

We are reminded that as surely as God's will is the axle of the universe, so in providence and in grace He is King, doing as He pleases and having mercy as He wills. It would be foolish to say we will buy and sell and get gain without asking God's consent at all. Rather we bow with humble submission and say, if the Lord wills, we shall do this or that. So we do not simply ask that our own desire be fulfilled, but that His good and perfect will may be done concerning this house.

Let us pray together. O Lord our God, who art our shelter and our dwelling place, we thank Thee that this soul looks to Thee for favour. If it be Thy will and for good, grant a favourable answer concerning this house and open the door that Thou wouldst have opened. If this be the place Thou hast appointed, make the way plain and give peace in the obtaining of it. If not, withhold it in Thy wisdom and give contentment and trust to wait upon Thy better provision. Write Thy law upon the heart, that whether the answer be yes or no, there may be submission to Thy will and love for Thy way. Keep this waiting one from anxious haste, for Thou art a waiting God and blessed are all they that wait for Thee. Thou hast waited long for us, teach us to wait patiently for Thee.

Be encouraged while you wait. The Lord may tarry but He never fails, and every promise will be kept in due season. Continue to seek Him, to rest in His arms, and to desire above all else that His will be done in your life and dwelling. May He give you quiet confidence that no good thing will He withhold from them that walk uprightly, and that He will provide what is best in His time.

We will continue to remember you before the Lord in these days of waiting.
