We have read your urgent cry and we are standing with you in prayer right now, lifting you up together before the throne of grace in the name of Jesus. We hear how scared and weak you feel, and how worried you are about inflammation, carbohydrate deficiency, and your eyesight, and we want you to know you are not alone.
The Lord sees your fear and your weakness and He cares deeply for your body and your soul. Scripture tells us, Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10. And also, For God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind. 2 Timothy 1:7. Fear does not come from God, and He wants to replace your fear with His perfect peace. We also read, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7.
We also want to gently encourage you to seek medical help immediately if you have not already done so. God often works through doctors and medical care to bring healing, and if you feel you are dying or are very weak, please reach out right away to a trusted medical professional, urgent care, or emergency help, and let someone near you know how you are feeling so you are not alone. Caring for your body with proper nourishment and treatment for inflammation is important, and God gives wisdom to those who care for the sick.
We are praying for your complete healing and protection. The Word says, Bless the Lord, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:2-3. And, He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. Psalm 147:3. And, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says the Lord. Jeremiah 30:17. We claim these promises over you and especially over your eyesight, asking God to guard and preserve it. He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might. Isaiah 40:29.
You asked for God to protect you, and we want to share that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God and have assurance of His salvation and presence. You did not mention the name of Jesus in your request, and we want to lovingly remind you that Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. And, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. It is by putting our faith and trust in Jesus, believing He died for our sins and rose again, that we are forgiven and can come boldly to God in prayer. If you have not yet done so, we encourage you to call upon the name of Jesus today and place your life fully in His hands.
We pray together for you now.
Father in heaven, we come before You together in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who is scared and weak. Lord, You see the fear and the physical suffering, the inflammation and the concern over nourishment and strength, and the worry over eyesight. We ask You to lay Your healing hand upon this body, to calm the inflammation, to restore strength and balance, to guide doctors and provide wisdom for proper care and nourishment. Lord, protect the eyesight and guard the whole body. Replace fear with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let Your presence be felt in a powerful way. Strengthen this heart, Lord, and help this dear one to know that You are near, that You are our refuge and healer. We pray for a successful recovery and for protection day and night. We pray that this dear one would come to know Jesus more deeply and trust fully in Him for salvation and for every need. We ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and our only hope. Amen.
