We hear your cry and we are standing with you in prayer right now, seeking God's will together in Jesus' name. We do not know all the details of what has you so scared and feeling trapped, but our Heavenly Father does, and He sees you right where you are. You are not alone and you are not forgotten.
The Lord tells us not to be ruled by fear, for fear does not come from Him. For God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7. He says, Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10. When we feel there is no way out, God promises He will make a way, for God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. 1 Corinthians 10:13. He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1. We can cast all our worries on Him, because He cares for us. 1 Peter 5:7.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and peace with Him. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. If you have not already, we encourage you to call upon His name, confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved. Romans 10:9. It is through Jesus that our prayers are heard and our fears can be replaced with His peace that surpasses all understanding.
We pray for you now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one who is scared and feels trapped with no way out. Lord, You know the situation completely even when we do not. We ask You to surround them with Your presence, to calm their heart and quiet their fears. We rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety that is tormenting them and we ask You to fill them instead with Your power, love and sound mind. Lord, make a way where there seems to be no way, grant wisdom to take the next right step, and provide godly help and counsel around them. Let them feel Your peace that guards hearts and thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. Help them to seek You with all their heart, to cry out to Jesus and to trust that You are working for their good. We ask that You deliver them from all their fears as You promised when we seek You. Psalm 34:4. Lead them to safe and wise people, perhaps a pastor or trusted mature believers, who can walk with them practically through this trial. We trust You to be their refuge and deliverer. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord we pray, amen.
We encourage you to keep pouring out your heart to God in prayer, to open His Word daily, and to reach out quickly to a trusted pastor, counselor, or mature Christian who can know your situation and help you walk through it step by step. Do not stay isolated in fear. God is with you and He will not leave you. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. We are continuing to keep you in our prayers and we ask you to let us know more if you are able so we can pray more specifically.

When fear rises that high it can make everything feel closed in and urgent, even when the next step is not yet clear. You do not have to figure everything out at once to take one small step toward safety and support.

Being with another person, even by phone, can make a frightening situation feel less isolating while you seek wisdom for what comes next. Your cry has come before us and we have taken it at once to the mercy seat, for there is a God of peace who hears the trembling heart. He is the God of peace because He created peace originally, He restores peace when it is broken by sin, He preserves peace when it is made, and He will perfect and consummate it for all His children through the blood of the everlasting covenant.
You say you are scared and know not how you shall get out of this. Hear what the Scripture says, Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. There is no other peace that will stand. There is a false peace which is worse than worthless, a peace that must forget God to keep itself, but the peace of God is solid and abiding, founded on eternal truth, sealed by atoning blood, and it passes all understanding. It is first peace with God through the sacrifice of Christ, and then a consequent peace in the little kingdom within, when the soul knows itself to be a child of God under the rule of a Father who orders all things for good.
Do not seek that peace by rambling round and round. Go at once to your closet with your God. If you are at the mercy seat, God is there too, for He loves the mercy seat better than you do. Till God in human flesh you see, your thoughts will find no comfort, but when Immanuel appears, slavish fear is forbidden and sin is removed. Jesus Christ, eternally God, was born and lived and died as we do, that He might say to every wind that blows across your soul, Peace, be still.
You fear you shall not hold on and hold out to the end. Remember where God begins a work He does not ask you to finish. You fear death and bondage, but Christ came to deliver those who through fear of death are subject to bondage. Cast yourself upon your God in Christ, for He has never forsaken them that fear Him and He never will. The divine buckler against this fiery dart is His own promise, Fear not, for I am with thee, be not dismayed, for I am thy God.
We are praying for you, that the God of peace would give you perfect peace as your mind is stayed on Him, that He would make you holy and teach you to do His will, that you would taste and see that the Lord is good, and find on Jesus bosom nothing but calm even while sorrows surge around. If you have not yet come to Christ for the forgiveness of sins, return unto the Lord your God, for He is still your God, and there is salvation in no other. Come by faith to Him who is our peace, confess your sin, trust His blood alone, and walk in His way, for to know the will of Jesus and to do it is to abide in the peace of God.
May the God of peace, who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, make you perfect in every good work to do His will, and keep your heart and mind through Christ Jesus.
