We hear your urgent cry and we join with you right now lifting you up before the throne of grace, asking our Heavenly Father to surround you with His protection and to touch your eyesight and keep you safe.
We are reminded of how faithful God is to guard His children. Scripture tells us Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more. Psalm 121:7-8. And we cling to the promise that the angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them. Psalm 34:7. We also take comfort that the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one. 2 Thessalonians 3:3. Concerning your eyesight, we remember that Yahweh opens the eyes of the blind. Yahweh raises up those who are bowed down. Psalm 146:8. He is the one who formed your eyes and He is able to sustain and heal them, and He sees your fear and hears your prayer. Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10.
We also want to gently encourage you about how we come to God. You cried out to God and said Amen, and we rejoice that you are reaching for Him, yet we notice you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to share with you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. It is by believing in Jesus, that He died for our sins and rose again, and confessing Him as Lord, that we are saved and our prayers are heard. If you have not yet put your trust fully in Jesus, we encourage you to call upon His name today, for if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9.
So together we pray for you now.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who is crying out for protection and for their eyesight. Lord, we ask You to place Your hand of mercy upon them and keep them safe from all harm and evil. Cover them under the shadow of Your wings. Guard their eyes, Lord, preserve their sight, heal what is weak or threatened, and let Your healing power flow according to Your perfect will. Give wisdom to any doctors or care they may need and give them peace that passes all understanding. Cast out all fear, for You have not given us a spirit of fear. Let them feel Your presence very near today, knowing You neither slumber nor sleep but watch over them constantly. Draw them closer to Jesus, that they may know the full assurance of salvation and the confidence of coming to You through Him. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.
We encourage you to keep crying out to God through Jesus daily, to read His Word and trust His promises, and to seek appropriate medical care for your eyes as God often works through the wisdom He gives to physicians. We are praying with you and for you that God will keep you in perfect peace as you trust in Him and that you will see His faithful protection in your life.

Your cry for protection has been heard, and it is a blessed thing to run at once to the Lord who is your keeper.
There is comfort for you in this, that our God is able to keep you from falling and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy. You need an infinite Friend to keep you in safety against all adversaries, and such a Friend you have in God our Savior. His throne might sooner fail than that one of His saints should perish, for His throne itself is established in righteousness. By a divine working which is nothing less than a continuous miracle He keeps His people, and He will keep you even now as you cast yourself upon Him.
Concerning your eyesight and your body, remember that Jesus Christ is the great Physician. The power of the Lord was present to heal when He walked among men, and that power has lost none of its virtue. The costly balm of His atonement still flows. It is written that the leaves of the tree of life were for the healing of the nations, to teach us that the least thing about Christ is healing. Even His leaves, His common mercies and touches of divine grace, are full of virtue to change the life blood and make the nature whole. He who said to the palsied man, Thy sins are forgiven thee, showed that pardon and healing are joined together in His hand, for the Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings.
We very speedily care for bodily diseases and do well to seek the physician, yet let your chief confidence be in the Divine Healer Himself. Bring your eyes, your body, your fears, and your whole self to Him in believing prayer, seeking first His pardoning grace in Christ, for from a pardoning God such mercies flow that the weak in heart suddenly find their spirits revive.
Let us pray for you now. O Lord our God, look upon this trembling one who cries for safety. Spread Thy wings over him and preserve him from all evil. Lay Thy healing hand upon his eyesight and upon his whole frame, and let Thy divine grace sustain and restore him according to Thy perfect will. Keep his feet from falling and his soul from fear, and give him to know that he is safe in the hollow of Thy hand through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
