First of all things, we have to pray for them and ask Jesus the touch that comes from heaven. He alone can deliver us from evil spirits and demons tormenting our soul. Our dear Lord casting out devils in various places and delivering anyone who came to Him.
Delusions of false beliefs.
Hallucinations and hearing voices.
Seeing things that do not exist.
Unusual physical behavior.
Disorganized thinking and speech.
All this things Jesus can deliver us.
Our dear Lord, full of mercy and compassion frees a demon possessed man who cried out for deliverance from this torment that came from hells burning fire.
Came out you evil spirit says the Lord.
Mark 5:8
Then the evil spirit came out and the man was delivered from his torment.
Bipolar disorder is another torment from the devil making a person confused and full of depression and episodes of manic actions. Huge energy to do nothing but resting in a corner with no desire to do anything for others. Reduced need for sleep and inhibitions. No two people have the same experience but it is full of pain and sadness in their life. Jesus can deliver them and bring them peace and joy to their life.
Nehemiah clearly said to us.
Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.
Nehemiah 8:10

When anxiety was great within me, Your consolation brought me joy.
Psalm 94:19
O Jesus, Your presence makes me whole and pure.
You are the Savior of my soul.
My Jesus, my Savior.

Let us all lift our voice to Him.

He alone can deliver us from torments from hell.
All glory, all honor and all praise shall be unto Him now and forever more.
