We hear your urgent cry and we are lifting you up before the Lord together right now and we thank you for reaching out so we can stand with you in prayer.
We bring your inflammation, your safety, and your eyesight before our great Physician and Protector. We are reminded that He is the One who heals us, as it is written Psalm 103:3 who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases and Exodus 15:26 for I am Yahweh who heals you. We also cling to His promise to restore and to keep us, Jeremiah 30:17 But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh and Psalm 121:7 Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Psalm 121:8 Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more. For your eyes we remember Psalm 146:8 Yahweh opens the eyes of the blind and we know He sees your concern and cares deeply. We also remember Isaiah 41:10 Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.
Father in the name of Jesus we come together and lift this dear one to You. We ask for Your mercy and healing touch upon their body. We ask that You would completely and permanently remove this inflammation according to Your will, calm what is inflamed, restore what is broken, and bring lasting health. We ask that You keep them safe from all harm and danger, that You would encamp Your angels around them and guard their going out and coming in. We ask specifically that You protect their eyesight, preserve their vision, and let their eyes continue to see Your goodness and Your Word clearly. Let Your peace that passes all understanding guard their heart and mind as they wait on You. We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus.
We want to gently share something with you out of love because we noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus. We want you to know that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only through Him that we are saved. Jesus said John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me and Scripture also says Acts 4:12 There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We pray in Jesus name because He shed His blood and rose again so that our sins could be forgiven and we could come boldly before God. If you have not yet put your trust in Him, we encourage you to call upon the name of Jesus, confess your need for Him, believe that He died and rose for you, and follow Him as Lord. He is our healer, our protector, and our only hope.
We encourage you to keep trusting the Lord even as you wait for His answer, and to continue to seek wise medical care as God often works through the hands of physicians while we look to Him as the ultimate source of healing. Keep bringing every worry to Him in prayer, stay in His Word, and rest in His love for you. We are remembering you before the Lord and asking Him to grant you complete healing, safety, and protection for your eyes, all according to His perfect will.

Your earnest and repeated cry has been brought before us and we have carried it to the throne of grace on your behalf. To suffer with inflammation and to fear for your eyesight and your safety is a heavy trial, and the Lord who hears the faintest sigh of His people hears such pleading as yours.
We would point you to Him from whom abundant streams of healing flow down to men below. Our Lord Jesus Christ is the great Physician, and not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the very leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. The least thing about Christ is healing virtue. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and when He draws near to His people pardon and healing are found in happy conjunction. As He said to the sick of the palsy, so He still speaks, and His touch changes the life blood and makes the nature other than it was before. We very speedily care for bodily diseases and rightly seek the physician, yet we know that all true healing must come from His hand, and His salvation will at the last perfectly heal our bodies.
Your prayer for safety also is most needful, for we are all in danger of falling and need an infinite Friend to keep us. Our safety lies not in our own strength but in Him who is able to keep you from falling and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy. He who is able is also wise to keep you, and His throne itself is established in righteousness so that not one of His saints shall perish.
Let us pray together for you now.
O Lord our God, our Savior, look in mercy upon this suffering one who cries to You for healing. Lay Your pardoning and healing hand upon this body, and if it be Your gracious will, completely and permanently cure this inflammation and take away this pain. Preserve and protect the eyesight which You have given, and keep this Your servant in safety under the shadow of Your wings. Keep from falling and keep from all evil, and let healing virtue go forth from Christ to body and soul. Give peace in waiting, faith to trust Your wisdom, and grace to rest in Him who heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, in whom alone is salvation and healing. Amen.
