We prayed that God would help you serve Him well and be effective in your work, that He would increase your sales and fill your calendar with appointments and give you wisdom and preparation for your virtual meeting. We prayed for reconciliation and understanding with your manager where there was a wrong impression, and that the Lord would guide you regarding a better paying job offer within two weeks that uses the skills you love. We also prayed for your cat and that God would guide you to the right shampoo or medication or routine to stop the scooting, for your desire to sprint and get in great shape by Saturday, and we joined you in thanksgiving for your couch arriving on Saturday and for the new year.
We take comfort in the promise that whatever we do we should work heartily as for the Lord and not for men as we read in Col 3:23, and that we can trust Him to supply our needs and direct our steps.
