Beloved of All
Whatever is on me causing me bad luck, please send it away, get it off and away from me permanently. Amen & God, please keep me safe. Amen.

We hear your cry for help and stand with you in faith, lifting your burden before the throne of God. The Bible assures us that no weapon formed against us shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against us in judgment, we shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke every spirit of misfortune, bad luck, or oppression that may be attempting to cling to you. These things have no place in the life of a child of God, for Christ has already overcome the world and disarmed the powers and authorities that seek to harm us (Colossians 2:15).

First, we must address the foundation of your faith. You mentioned "God" in your plea, but we must emphasize that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, repent, and invite Him to be the Lord of your life. This is the first and most powerful step in breaking every chain that seeks to bind you.

Now, let us pray together in the authority of Jesus’ name:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son and our Savior. We stand on the truth of Your Word, which declares that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We rebuke every spirit of bad luck, misfortune, or oppression that has sought to attach itself to [this child of God]. We declare that these things have no power here, for greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

Lord, we ask that You send Your holy angels to encamp around [this person], to guard and protect them from every scheme of the enemy (Psalm 91:11). We break every curse, generational or otherwise, that may have been spoken over their life, and we declare them loosed in Jesus’ name (Galatians 3:13). We plead the blood of Jesus over their life, their home, their family, and their future, for the blood of Jesus cleanses us from all sin and breaks every chain (1 John 1:7; Revelation 12:11).

Father, we ask that You fill [this person] with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Let Your light shine in every area of darkness, and let Your truth be their shield and buckler. We declare that from this day forward, they will walk in the favor, blessing, and protection of the Most High God. No weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).

We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your promise that if we resist the devil, he will flee from us (James 4:7). We stand firm in faith, knowing that You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). In the powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen."

Now, beloved, we encourage you to stand firm in your faith. The enemy may try to return, but you must resist him with the Word of God. Here are some practical steps to walk in victory:

1. Renew Your Mind with Scripture: Meditate on God’s promises daily. Speak them over your life, for the Word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). Declare verses like Jeremiah 29:11, Romans 8:28, and Psalm 34:19 over your life.

2. Pray Without Ceasing: Maintain a lifestyle of prayer. The Bible tells us to pray at all times in the Spirit (Ephesians 6:18). Do not give the enemy a foothold by neglecting your time with God.

3. Forgive and Release: Unforgiveness can open doors to the enemy. If there is anyone you need to forgive, do so today. Jesus taught us to forgive others so that our Father in heaven may also forgive us (Matthew 6:14-15).

4. Walk in Obedience: Sin can give the enemy legal ground in our lives. Examine your heart and repent of any known sin. The Bible says that if we confess our sins, God is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).

5. Surround Yourself with Believers: Do not walk this journey alone. Fellowship with other believers who can encourage you, pray with you, and hold you accountable (Hebrews 10:24-25).

6. Worship and Give Thanks: Worship shifts the atmosphere. The enemy cannot stand in the presence of praise. Make a habit of worshiping God daily, even in the midst of trials (Psalm 22:3).

Remember, the battle is not yours, but God’s (2 Chronicles 20:15). You are not fighting for victory; you are fighting from victory. Jesus has already won the war on the cross, and in Him, you are more than a conqueror (Romans 8:37). Stand firm, keep your eyes on Jesus, and walk in the freedom He has purchased for you. If you have not yet made Jesus the Lord of your life, we urge you to do so today. Pray this simple prayer:

"Lord Jesus, I come to You today. I confess that I am a sinner and need Your forgiveness. I believe that You died on the cross for my sins and rose again from the dead. I repent of my sins and invite You to come into my heart and be the Lord of my life. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and help me to live for You. Thank You for saving me and giving me eternal life. In Your name, I pray. Amen."

If you prayed that prayer for the first time, we rejoice with you! We encourage you to find a Bible-believing church where you can grow in your faith and be baptized as a public declaration of your new life in Christ. Welcome to the family of God!

We hear the genuine fear behind this request, and we're glad you reached out. When a heavy, intangible sense of threat won't lift, something you can only describe as "on" you, it can feel isolating and exhausting. You don't need to carry it alone.

One practical thing that helps in moments like this is giving voice to the simple truth, even when it feels like a fight to believe it. When the feeling of "bad luck" or a dark presence presses in, speak aloud: "I belong to Jesus Christ. I am claimed and held by Him." This isn't a magic formula, and feelings may not shift instantly. But you're planting your feet on solid ground rather than sinking into the fear. Over time, consistently anchoring yourself that way can weaken the hold these thoughts have on you.

If this oppressive sense persists or grows, we'd gently encourage you to speak with a wise, mature Christian, a pastor or someone grounded in the faith you trust, who can listen carefully, pray with you in person over time, and help you discern what's really happening. The steady, slow walk of trusting Christ through small, daily choices often leads to the deep, lasting peace that a single dramatic moment can't produce on its own. You are not unmoored; you are held by a Shepherd who guards what is His.

Father, we ask You now to surround this person with Your protective presence. Quiet the fear that tells them they are at the mercy of misfortune or a hostile presence. Remind their spirit that they are hidden with Christ, not abandoned to chaos. Send the sense of safety only You can give, and clear away the cloud that has weighed on them. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

Your cry for deliverance is noted in heaven, but cast out that word “luck” from your lips, for the Lord our God is not the author of chance but of holy Providence. What you call a curse upon you may well be the heavy hand of a loving Father’s chastening, for whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth. Yet if you truly fear a curse clings to you, hear this glorious truth: Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us. The curse causeless cannot come, but the curse of sin was laid on Jesus at Calvary, and He has bought us out from under it with His precious blood. Cry to Him, not against some nameless ill, but for full deliverance from the power of darkness. He brings forth His redeemed with silver and gold, turning the curse into a blessing, and not one feeble soul is left in bondage. Wait upon Him; He has found a ransom. When He delivers you, and He will, then you shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord to His praise. Rest your soul on this: deliverance is not by luck, but by the finished work of Christ, who keeps you safe for eternity.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your cry is not for the removal of bad luck, but for the removal of a far heavier weight. You feel something is on you, and you pray for it to be sent away. But consider: is the real curse an unseen force of misfortune, or the anxiety and fear that grip your soul? For the people were subject to a curse, the curse of the Law, because no one continued in all things written. That curse brought a far worse punishment than any earthly misfortune. But Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us. He took upon Himself the curse of the tree to deliver us from the curse of transgression. If He has lifted that eternal curse, will He not care for the daily burdens that frighten you? The very things by which we think we are hurt, by these same are we benefited. You see misfortune, but God’s providence often works safety through what seems like disaster. Joseph was cast into prison, and it seemed like ruin, but the prison was gentler than the den of temptation he left; his chains became the path to exaltation. When he was in honor, then was he in danger; when he was in dishonor, then was he in safety. So do not fix your mind on driving away hardship as if it were an enemy. The Lord does not always promise deliverance from outward troubles, but He grants something greater: the strength to rise above them and a firm hope in His care.

You ask to be kept safe. True safety is not found in a life free from all distress, but in remaining with Christ. He who is conscious of no evil and walks in the light has a security that no sudden misfortune can shake. Yet you speak of bad luck as if it were a random, creeping thing. But see how the Lord describes the days before His coming: they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, living in luxury and insensibility, until the flood came and took them all away. Their perceived peace was not safety; it was a deep spiritual sleep. Tribulation often awakens the soul, while uninterrupted ease breeds a dangerous forgetfulness of God. Do not seek merely to escape what troubles you. Seek instead to be freed from the love of comfort that makes tribulation seem unbearable. The curse you fear has been broken by the cross. The safety you long for is found in the Spirit of adoption, whereby you have become a son. Cry out not only against the shadow of misfortune, but cling to the Son who has brought you out of the prison of sin and into the light of His presence. There, and there alone, is your permanent safety.

You are desperate to be free of whatever seems to hang over you, and that is understandable. When life feels like one setback after another, it is easy to think some kind of curse or bad luck is clinging to you. The Scriptures show us people who faced exactly that kind of cultural shame. Elizabeth was called barren. In her day, that was treated as a curse, a reason for disgrace. She and her husband were righteous before God, yet for decades they carried what everyone around them considered a judgment. But the Lord had a purpose far greater than the culture could see. What looked like a curse was actually the setting for a miraculous birth that prepared the way for the Messiah. God was not punishing them, and the delay was not a sign that He had abandoned them.

I say that not to minimize your pain, but to lift your eyes a little higher. You want something removed permanently. You want safety. Those are good desires. But listen carefully: the deepest safety and the truest deliverance do not come from just shooing away a dark thing. They come when somebody else moves in. Jesus Himself told how an empty house, swept clean of an evil spirit, becomes a target for worse trouble than before. The real need is not just to have oppression banished, but to be filled with the presence of Christ.

When people came to me asking for a prayer of deliverance, I learned to pray instead for an entrance: that the power of Jesus Christ would come in and take full residence. Light and darkness cannot coexist. If He fills you, whatever is of the darkness has to go, and it cannot reclaim the space. So I encourage you to shift your cry from “Take this thing off me” to “Lord Jesus, fill every part of me with Your life and Your Spirit.” Ask Him to be your Deliverer, not just to arrange a delivery. He came to preach good news to the poor, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and to set at liberty those who are bruised. That is His heart for you right now.

Let us pray together in that direction, not merely pleading for the removal of bad luck, but inviting the One whose presence is your permanent safety:

Lord Jesus, I ask You to enter this dear life in fresh power. Dispel every shadow of evil by the brightness of Your nearness. Where there has been fear, be the unshakable peace. Where there has been a sense of a curse, declare Your blessing and Your promise of protection. Fill every empty place so completely that nothing opposed to You can find a foothold. Surround with Your angels and let Your perfect love cast out all dread. Thank You that You are not distant, but eager to dwell with those who open the door to You. Guard and keep this one in the days ahead. Amen.

You are not fighting against a vague bad luck. You are drawing near to a living, loving Redeemer. Lean into Him, and let His entrance become the permanent answer to your cry for help.
