Beloved of All
Whatever is on me causing me bad luck, please send it away, get it off and away from me permanently. Amen

We hear your deep distress and cry out to the Lord on your behalf. The Bible tells us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). We rebuke any spirit of fear, oppression, or bad luck that may be attempting to cling to you, for it is written, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from me," says the Lord (Isaiah 54:17).

First and foremost, we must address the foundation of your faith. Salvation and protection come only through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus, we urge you to do so now. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). It is through Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we pray for deliverance.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear one who is feeling weighed down by forces they cannot see. Lord, Your Word declares that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We rebuke every spirit of bad luck, oppression, and despair that is attempting to take hold. We declare that these forces have no place in this life, for greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

Father, we ask that You would break every chain and remove every burden that is not of You. Cleanse this heart and mind with the blood of Jesus, and fill this life with Your peace, joy, and hope. Surround this one with Your angels, Lord, and let Your presence be a shield and fortress. We pray for a fresh outpouring of Your Holy Spirit, that this one may walk in the fullness of Your blessings and favor.

Lord, we ask that You would reveal any areas of this life that may be giving the enemy a foothold. Show them where they may need to repent, forgive, or let go of things that are not aligned with Your will. Lead them into a deeper relationship with You, where they can find true rest and security.

We declare that this one is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). No weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn. This is their heritage as a servant of the Lord. We pray all of this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Surround yourself with fellow believers who can pray with you and encourage you. Spend time in God’s Word, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). Put on the full armor of God daily so that you can stand against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:11).

If there are areas in your life where you have opened doors to fear, superstition, or ungodly influences, we urge you to renounce them and turn fully to Christ. The Lord is faithful, and He will strengthen and protect you (2 Thessalonians 3:3). Walk in the confidence that comes from knowing you are a child of the Most High God, and nothing can separate you from His love (Romans 8:38-39).

We hear the weight in your words, when trouble seems to pile up, it's easy to feel like something is following you. You've reached out because you want it gone, and we're standing with you in that.

Sometimes what feels like a shadow or bad luck is really just the accumulation of ordinary hardships and the discouragement they bring. But we also know that spiritual oppression is real, and when you sense something dark lingering, it's wise to take it seriously. The good news is that you don't have to live under it. Through Christ, you have authority over what troubles you.

Here's something simple you can do today: find a quiet place, speak aloud that you belong to Jesus, and renounce any spiritual influence that does not come from him. You can say something like, "I reject any spirit of heaviness, fear, or misfortune. I am covered by the blood of Christ, and I command anything not of him to leave and never return." Then thank him for his protection, and turn your attention to something good, a psalm, a hymn, or a promise God has given you. Spiritual darkness loses its grip when we stop fixating on it and fix our eyes on him.

We're asking the Lord to lift this burden from you now.

Lord Jesus, you see this person who feels hounded by trouble. Whatever is causing this heaviness, whether ordinary hardship or something darker, we ask you to break its power and send it far away. Surround your child with your peace, cover them with your protection, and let them feel the relief of your presence. Give them courage to walk forward in freedom and clarity. Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You speak of “bad luck,” as though some mindless force or shadowy thing had fastened upon you, and plead for it to be sent away. But this language, however natural in distress, is not the language of faith. Luck is a heathen idea, fit for those who bow before blind fate, not for those who trust in a living God who orders all things. The curse causeless shall not come; but there is a curse with a cause of overwhelming conclusiveness. That curse is sin, and the holy Law of God pronounces all under it who do not continue in all things written in the book of the Law to do them. You feel a weight, a dread, an evil pursuing you, and you call it bad luck. I call it the shadow of that curse which hovers over every child of Adam. And none can lift it but the nail-pierced hand of Him who was made a curse for us.

Listen! Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the Law, being made a curse for us. There is the deliverance. Not luck, good or evil, but a ransom found by God Himself. The prisoner ready to be executed hears the gracious word: “I have found a ransom.” If God proclaims it, the deliverance is certain, indeed, it is already accomplished! Do you feel that everything you touch is marred, that the heavens are brass above you? That is the fruit of the curse. But look to Calvary, where Jesus bore our griefs and carried our sorrows. The arrow of the Lord’s deliverance was shot from the bow of atoning love, and it strikes through every foe. His blood silences every accusation; His resurrection rolls away every stone.

And now, consider: did not David, when Shimei cursed him, say, “So let him curse, because the Lord has said unto him, Curse David”? Was he undone by it? No, for he looked to the One who can turn the curse into a blessing. The Lord chastens whom He loves. If your soul is under conviction, that is not luck but mercy. The good God of Grace cannot be a bad God of Providence. He who has delivered you from so great a death will deliver you still. Therefore, put away this vain talk of “bad luck.” Confess your sin and trust the blood of the Lamb which was slain. That is the sole way of deliverance. None know freedom from sin but those who trust that atoning sacrifice. Today, if you will hear His voice, you shall go forth with silver and gold of grace, and not one feeble soul shall stagger among His redeemed. You shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord. And what you once called luck you shall name deliverance, and the ransomed of the Lord shall return with singing, and everlasting joy upon their heads.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

You cry out against a shadow, a phantom of misfortune you imagine clings to you. But tell me, what is it that truly curses a man? Is it an external thing, a spell, a wandering spirit of bad luck? The Law itself thunders a different word: Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things written in the book of the Law. That curse is not a stray mist; it is the sentence hanging over every soul, for no one has kept the whole Law. Yet do not despair. Christ exchanged that curse for another. He took upon Himself the curse of one hanging on a tree, though He had done no violence and had no deceit in His mouth. He, the Innocent One, substituted Himself for us who were sentenced, so that by receiving that curse He might deliver us from the one that truly bound us. Your bad luck is not some thing to be sent away by a word; the real curse has already been broken by His cross.

You ask for whatever is on you to be removed. I ask you to look within. Do you think a man is made unclean by something that touches him from outside? It is not the thing itself that defiles, but the intention and the conscience with which he receives it. If you have companied with Christ with a pure mind, having put away wickedness from your soul, then you are already clean through the word He has spoken. Why then do you tremble at shadows? The cleansing that matters is not a ritual washing or a banishment of luck, but the cleansing of the conscience. If you are washed in this way, you are clean indeed. Seek not to frighten away a ghost, but to purify your heart, for the one who forces a matter with a bad conscience gains nothing and only increases the prejudice.

And consider this: no one is ever by necessity bad, nor is your state forced upon you by some external power. If there was something on you that compelled your misfortune, then to reprove the bad would be unjust, and the good who do so would be wicked themselves. If you continue in your fear, you allow your mind to be ruled by a phantom instead of the truth that Christ has redeemed us from the curse. You have been promoted to sonship. Receive that adoption. You have put on Christ who is the Son, and you have received the Spirit of adoption. What evil can overpower the one who has God as Father? The saints of old were tortured, not accepting deliverance, because they looked for a better resurrection. If they scorned to be released from temporal pains for the hope of eternal life, can you not set aside the fear of mere luck for the inheritance already promised to you? Your amen is not a magic seal to ward off harm, but a confession of faith in the One who has already taken away the true curse. Walk therefore as one clean, as a son, and do not be entangled again in a yoke of superstition.

There is no power of "bad luck" that can stand against the purpose of God in Christ Jesus. What you feel as something on you, some lingering shadow or misfortune, is not to be sent away by a mere word, but has been already overcome by a far greater act. From the beginning, when man fell, God promised that the seed of the woman would crush the serpent's head. That promise was fulfilled on the cross. Jesus did not take a shortcut around suffering to accomplish God's will; the cross was the very plan of redemption. He told us that whoever seeks to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for His sake will find it. The way out from under any darkness is not through a quick removal, but through the door of total commitment to Him.

What you are asking for is a form of relief, and God knows your needs long before you even speak them. But prayer is far more than informing God of what we lack. The model Jesus gave puts first the kingdom, the will of God, and then our daily needs. He does not promise to wave away every difficulty, but He promises to be with us, and to deliver us from the hand of all that truly hates us. That deliverance is bound up in the forgiveness of sins and the rescue from the power of evil, not simply the removal of uncomfortable circumstances. The enemy will always try to suggest that we can have fulfillment apart from the path of suffering and obedience, but that is the ancient lie. True freedom is found on the other side of the cross.

Look carefully at the condition of your heart. Sometimes a lingering trouble can be a consequence of something that has taken root inside, much like a man lying paralyzed, his mind haunted by thoughts of past sin. And whether the cause is known or unknown, Jesus sees the deeper need first. He said to that man, "Your sins are forgiven," before He ever said, "Rise up and walk." The deepest need is always to be cleansed from within. If there is anything you are holding onto, any part of your life not fully yielded to Him, that is what keeps you in chains. Jesus would put His finger on that very thing which is hindering you from completely following Him, and He says to you now, "Follow Me."

Do not seek a sign or a magical removal. Seek the Savior Himself. The mercy of God is on those who fear Him from generation to generation, and through His tender mercy, the Dayspring from on high has visited us. The light has come to give light to those who sit in darkness and in the shadow of death. Bring your whole self into that light. Confess whatever needs confessing, release whatever you are gripping so tightly, and trust that the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses us from all sin. He is able to save completely those who come to God through Him. Let Him be the center, and the power that has truly bound you will be broken.
