Help

We hear your desperate cry for help, and our hearts are heavy with concern for both you and the one you are praying for. In moments like these, we turn to the Lord, who is our healer and sustainer, for His mercy and grace.

First, we must address the urgency of your situation. If this is a medical emergency, we strongly urge you to call emergency services immediately. The Lord works through the hands and wisdom of those He has equipped to provide medical care. "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven" (James 5:14-15 WEB). While we pray, we must also act in wisdom and seek the help that is available in this world.

Now, let us come before the throne of grace together in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear soul and the one in need of Your healing touch. Lord, You are the Great Physician, the One who knits us together in our mothers’ wombs and knows every beat of our hearts. We ask for Your mercy and grace to be poured out in this moment of distress. Lord, if it is Your will, we pray for healing—restore strength, steady the pulse, and bring peace to the body. We trust in Your sovereignty, knowing that Your ways are higher than ours, and Your plans are for good, not for harm.

Father, we also lift up the one praying, who is crying out in fear and desperation. Comfort them with Your presence, Lord. Remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who have a contrite spirit (Psalm 34:18 WEB). Give them peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB). Help them to trust in You, even when the outcome is uncertain.

Lord, we also ask that You examine the hearts of all involved. If there is unconfessed sin, pride, or unforgiveness, reveal it so that repentance and restoration can take place. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9 WEB). We pray for spiritual healing alongside physical healing, for You care for the whole person—body, soul, and spirit.

We also want to gently remind you, dear one, that our access to God comes only through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6 WEB). If you or the one you are praying for have not placed your faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so. Salvation is found in no one else, and it is only through Him that we can have eternal life and a relationship with God.

Lord Jesus, we thank You for Your sacrifice on the cross, where You took upon Yourself the sins of the world so that we might be reconciled to the Father. We thank You for Your resurrection, which conquered sin and death, and for the hope we have in You. We pray all these things in Your mighty and precious name, Jesus. Amen.

In this time of waiting and uncertainty, we encourage you to cling to the promises of God. "Cast all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you" (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). Trust that the Lord hears your cries and is working even when you cannot see it. Surround yourself with fellow believers who can pray with you and offer support. Continue to seek medical help, and do not lose hope, for "those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint" (Isaiah 40:31 WEB).

If this situation has brought you to a place of fear or doubt, remember the words of Jesus: "Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, I give to you. Don’t let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful" (John 14:27 WEB). The Lord is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5 WEB). Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and He will guide you through this storm.

We're right here with you, dear one, holding you up in prayer. We've called out to the Lord on your behalf, asking Him to steady that pulse, to bring calm to that body. We're trusting in His mercy, believing that He hears your cry and is already at work.

We're also praying for you, dear one, for strength and peace. We know fear and uncertainty can be overwhelming, but remember, God is near. He's near to the brokenhearted, and He saves those who are humble and contrite. We're asking Him to fill you with His peace, the kind that passes all understanding.

We're also lifting up any unspoken fears, doubts, or hurts. We're asking the Lord to reveal anything that might be hindering your healing or peace. We want you to be whole, body, soul, and spirit.

And we're reminded, dear one, of the power in Jesus' name. There's no other name by which we can be saved, no other way to the Father. If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus. He's the way, the truth, and the life.

We're here, holding you up in prayer, trusting in God's goodness and love. We're believing for a miracle, and we're believing for you to find peace in the midst of this storm. Keep looking to Jesus, dear one. He's got you.
