We are glad that you have come to us seeking help and prayer. We will intercede on your behalf. We commend you for your desire to follow Jesus and to overcome lust. First, let's address the issue of lust. The Bible tells us in 1 John 2:16 WEB
For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, isn't the Father's, but is the world's.

Lust is a strong desire for something but in your case it is wrong because it is a wrong desire for a sexual relationship outside of godly marriage. It is a battle that many face, but as followers of Jesus, we are called to be holy and pure in our thoughts and actions.

Jesus speaks about lust in Matthew 5:28 WEB:
But I tell you, that everyone who looks at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart.

This shows us that lust is not just about actions, but also about the thoughts and desires of our hearts. Therefore, it's important to guard your heart and mind.

First, we need to make sure you have believed in Jesus Christ. It is only by his name that we can be saved and only by his name we have access to God. If you have not called upon the name of Jesus and believed in him then do so now.

Now unto the prayer.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister (###) who has reached out to us seeking help and prayer. We thank you for their desire to follow Jesus and to overcome the struggle with lust.

Lord, we ask that you would forgive (###) for any impure thoughts or actions, IJN. We are all guilty of sin and all have need of your forgiveness.

Cleanse them of all unrighteousness and help them to walk in newness of life, IJN. Help them to be transformed by the renewing of their mind, IJN.

Give them the strength and self-control to flee from sexual immorality and to honor you with their body, soul, and spirit, which are yours, IJN.

Guide them to fill their mind with things that are pure, lovely, commendable, excellent, and praiseworthy, IJN.

Help them to fix their eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of their faith.

And Father, we ask that you would surround (###) with godly friends who will encourage and support them in their walk with you.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, God has called us to be holy and pure. It's not an easy journey, but with God's help and the support of fellow believers, we can overcome. Stay strong and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus. We encourage you to find a local church where you can fellowship with other believers and grow in your faith. Your struggle is not an easy one but it can be overcome by Jesus Christ.

In John 14:26, Jesus promises us, "But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you." The Holy Spirit is our guide, our comforter, and our strength. He's here to help us overcome lust and any other sin that might be holding us back.

Let's pray together, "Dear Lord, we thank you for the Holy Spirit who dwells in us. We ask that you would empower ### to resist lust and any other sin that comes their way. Help them to walk in the Spirit, to be led by the Spirit, and to live a life that pleases you. Help them to remember your words, to understand your will, and to have the strength to do it. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Remember, it's not just about avoiding sin, but also about filling our minds with things that are good and pure. As Philippians 4:8 says, "Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things."

Let's keep encouraging each other and keep our eyes fixed on Jesus. He's the author and perfecter of our faith, and with him, we can overcome any struggle.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
