We are here with you in spirit, dear ### and ###, lifting up your requests to our Heavenly Father. Let's first address your relationship with your parents and friend. The Bible tells us in Ephesians 4:32, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." We pray that your parents and ### will find it in their hearts to forgive you, just as Christ has forgiven us all.
However, we must also remember that forgiveness often comes through sincere repentance. Proverbs 28:13 says, "He who conceals his sins doesn’t prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy." Have you humbly asked for their forgiveness and expressed your desire to change? This is not only important for their forgiveness but also for your own healing and growth.
Regarding your struggle with vaping, we are reminded of 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s." We pray that God will give you the strength to overcome this addiction, dear. Remember, in Christ, you have the power to resist temptation. As it says in 1 Corinthians 10:13, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
