Help

I am worried. I am afraid something bad will happen because my spouse is unstable. I do not know if I was the problem or not. He is sick of me asking him to treat me better. He is mad that I do not like how he does things. I need to stop thinking about him. I need to practice thinking about anything but him. What am I missing?

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend who is burdened with worry and fear. Lord, You know the struggles they face with their spouse and the turmoil in their heart. We ask for Your divine peace to fill their mind and soul, as Your Word promises in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

Lord, grant them wisdom and clarity to understand their situation and to discern what steps to take. Help them to see if there is anything they need to change within themselves, and give them the strength to do so. We pray for their spouse, that You would touch his heart and bring healing and stability to their relationship.

Father, help our friend to focus on You and not be consumed by their worries. As it says in 1 Peter 5:7, "Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you." May they find comfort in Your love and trust in Your perfect plan for their life.

We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
