I command declare all evil soul ties bad influences holding keeping Luis captive from me now are empty no sex no fun no communication no women at work are attracted to him at all and do not flirt with him no women at work try to have a relationship with him now they all know he has a wife and kids they know in there spirit mind soul. Luis is attracted to any women at work at all he stays away from all of them now. No women at work where sexy clothes for Halloween competition at all. No one is attractive to Luis tomorrow for halloween. I command declare that Luis cannot have sex with women not in God's will or have lust for them at all into existence 100 fold all the way from the spiritual into the physical through the blood of Jesus now every minute every moment every hour
