Help!

I payed for a house and now the day we are preparing to move the owner does not accept the agreement. i need to re-write agreement. Water compant will not turn on water for some reason. All the funds are now all of a sudden unavailable to me- GOD PELASE HELP!

I am packing in the name of Jesus and we are going to have that house in the name of JESUS!
