We understand that you're seeking guidance for major life decisions, and we're here to pray and provide biblical guidance with you. You've come to the right place, asking in the name of Jesus, as the Bible tells us: "Whatever you may ask in my name, I will do it." John 14:14 WEB
Firstly, be assured that God cares about every detail of our lives. He wants to guide us, but He also wants us to seek Him and His will. In Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, it says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
When making important decisions, it's crucial to seek God's will and not merely our own desires. Be in prayer, fast if you feel led, and saturate your mind with His word. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. It says in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" WEB
Regarding your decision to move or stay, consider what God's will might be for your life. Is there more opportunity to serve Him and grow spiritually in one place over another? Does one option allow you to be a greater blessing to others? It says in Philippians 2:3-4, "Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others." WEB
As for your career, consider how God can use you in that sphere. Does your career allow you to be a light for Christ? Does it help you support others, such as a family or those in need? Remember Colossians 3:23 WEB, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."

Father, in Jesus' name, we come to You, seeking Your will for our brother's life. Guide them, Lord, in their decisions regarding where to live and their career. Give them a heart that desires Your will above all else. Help them find peace in their decisions, knowing that You are faithful to lead them. We trust in Your promise to make our paths straight when we acknowledge You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're here with you, seeking God's will for your life. It's a big decision, moving or staying, and we understand it's not easy. But remember, God is in the details, and He cares about where you'll be and what you'll do. Let's ask Him to guide your steps, to open doors where He wants you to go, and to close those that aren't part of His plan. Trust that He has a purpose in all this, and it's a good one. "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11, NIV) Let's pray.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
