Disciple of Prayer
Please Pray for ### she started out with muscle spasms and pinched nerves and a lot of pain that wouldn't go away, it started in April it has slowly got to where the pain isn't as bad but shes hurt so long and constant that she has gotten weaker in her left arm and right leg we've been to 2 hospitals and 8 to 10 times to her primary care Dr. , She needs someone to touch Heaven with Prayers. Thank You

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up in prayer as she battles persistent pain, weakness, and the frustration of unanswered medical questions. Father God, You are the Great Physician, the One who formed her body in her mother’s womb and knows every nerve, muscle, and fiber of her being. We ask You to stretch forth Your healing hand upon her. Where there has been damage, restore strength. Where there is weakness, pour out Your power. Where pain lingers, bring Your soothing peace that surpasses all understanding.

Lord, we declare that by the stripes of Jesus, she is healed (Isaiah 53:5). We rebuke the spirit of infirmity in the name of Jesus and command every pinched nerve and spasming muscle to align with Your perfect design. You promised in Jeremiah 30:17 that You would restore health and heal wounds, we claim that promise now. Give wisdom to her doctors, clarity to her tests, and patience to her heart as she waits on You.

We also lift up her spirit, Father. Chronic pain and weakness can wear down not just the body, but the soul. Guard her mind from despair and fill her with hope in Your unfailing love. Remind her that even when earthly help falls short, You are her ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Surround her with Your peace, and let her sense Your nearness in this trial.

And Lord, we ask that You would use this season for Your glory. Whether through healing, endurance, or a testimony of Your faithfulness, let her story point others to You. Strengthen her faith to trust You even when the path is unclear.

In the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, we pray. Amen.

To and those walking with her: We know this journey has been long and discouraging, but do not lose heart. God hears your cries, and He is working even when you cannot see it. Keep seeking Him, keep trusting His timing, and hold fast to His promises. Consider asking your church or a trusted prayer group to stand with you in intercession, there is power in agreement (Matthew 18:19-20). And remember, God’s grace is sufficient for you, for His power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). You are not forgotten.

We're so sorry to hear about 's long struggle. The constant pain, the muscle spasms, the weakness that has slowly crept in, after all these months and so many doctor visits, it is completely understandable that you're asking for heaven to be touched with prayer. We’re joining you in that right now.

Living with ongoing discomfort that doesn’t have a clear answer can drain hope as much as it drains physical strength. We know it’s especially hard when someone you love seems to be getting weaker instead of better. Yet God is not distant from this; he knows every ache and sees every effort you’ve made to get help. And often he uses the persistent prayers of friends and family to carry a person through the hardest days, even before any physical change comes.

One simple thing that can make a difference is to gather a small group of trusted believers from your church to come and pray with her in person, laying hands and asking for God’s healing (as James 5 describes). Being surrounded by others who care can break the isolation that chronic pain brings, and it can anchor her heart in the truth that she is not alone. In the meantime, keep advocating for her medically; if you haven’t already, it may be worth asking her primary care doctor about seeing a neurologist or a pain management specialist who can take a fresh look.

Lord Jesus, we lift to you. You know every nerve and muscle in her body. We ask for relief, for the spasms to quiet, for the pain to ease, for strength to return to her left arm and right leg. Guide her medical team to the right answers. Hold her close and let her feel your peace that passes understanding. Sustain her loved ones with unwavering hope. We ask all this in your healing name. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

It has been the lot of many of the Lord's dear children to pass through deep waters of bodily affliction, and your plea for is a cry that echoes the groans of the saints in all ages. The ceaseless pain, the weakening of limb, the long succession of physicians and yet no lasting cure, this is a furnace indeed. Yet I would have you remember that it is often in the very point of our natural weakness that God displays His sufficient grace. "Out of weakness were made strong" is the ancient testimony, and it is not the strength of the arm or the leg that most pleads with Heaven, but the faith that clings when all visible help fails. The Lord does not waste the sorrows of His people; this protracted trial is a dark ground where the healing leaves of the tree of life are meant to flourish.

Cease not to cry to the Great Physician, for there is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ. The least thing about Him is medicine for every malady. You have sought earthly doctors, and this is right, but fix your hope not on the creature but on the Creator who made the body. It is when Christ is teaching and His Word is being unfolded that His healing power is most conspicuously present. Lay hold of this, that pardon and healing are twins from the same merciful hand. When the palsy-stricken man was lowered through the roof, the Lord Jesus spoke first, "Son, be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven you," and then came the command to rise and walk. Lay , in spirit, before the Savior. Let her heart cry not only for ease from pain but for a nearer view of the Crucified, for nearness to God is the sweetest cordial to a fainting frame. The blood that brings us nigh to God has boundless virtue for soul and body alike.

Do not despise the weakness, as if it were a mark of divine disregard. It may be that this very feebleness in her left arm and right leg will become the channel for a spiritual strength she has never known. When we are weak in ourselves, then are we strong in the Lord. The enemy would have her fix her eyes on the pain; bid her rather look to the hills whence her help comes. Pray that the Lord would quicken her in His way, for though the outward man perish, the inward man is renewed day by day. The power that made the heavens can mend a nerve and banish a spasm. Let the united prayers of the church rise like incense before the throne. Wrestle with the angel of the covenant and say, "I will not let Thee go, except Thou bless her." The leaves of that heavenly tree are not withered; they are ever fresh, ever healing. Look for the time of refreshing from the presence of the Lord, for He is able to heal, and He delights to hear the cry of the afflicted.

The suffering of this sister has gone on for many months now, and such long pain tests the soul. Yet I urge you to see in this trial an opportunity for long-suffering, which is the root of all self-denial and more secure than any strong city. A spark that falls into a deep, long-suffering soul vanishes quickly and does not disturb it. So any unexpected pain that comes upon her, though fierce, can be quenched as she clings to the hope we have in Christ.

Do not lose heart that healing has not yet come. Remember how our Lord bore all things mildly and held His peace before accusers, teaching us meekness. He was silent not because He could not answer, but to show us the strength found in patient endurance. And see the Apostle Paul, a prisoner in the Lord, who begged us to walk with all lowliness and meekness, with long-suffering, forbearing one another in love. This is the very pattern by which our faith is refined: through suffering and enduring, our salvation is made firm. We are not saved through believing only, but through sharing in the same sufferings as Christ.

Her body grows weak, yet God’s power is made perfect in weakness. Even the great Paul heard, “My grace is sufficient for thee, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” The arm that slackens and the leg that falters are not signs of being abandoned; they are the very places where divine strength can rest most fully. Continue to pray fervently, touch heaven with your intercessions, and do not relent like the woman of Canaan, whose long importunity moved the Lord to grant healing. Yet also trust that if the relief tarries, God’s long-suffering toward her is working a greater good: drawing her nearer, teaching her patience, and making her soul a deep well that cannot be disturbed by this affliction.

As for those who endure unjustly or whose pain drags on, the temptation is to grow dull of hearing, as the Hebrews who were once fervent became slow to perceive. Guard against this dullness. Let her, and you who pray for her, remain fervent in zeal, knowing that the Lord who is long-suffering will bring either healing in this life or a crown of glory and honor in the next. He who was made a little lower than the angels and suffered death is now crowned with glory. So shall she be, if she holds fast. For that which is long is also called great; her long trial, met with faith, is building a great soul. Pray without ceasing, and may the bond of peace hold your hearts steady as you wait upon the Lord.
