Help to find urgent devices

Your prayer has been heard and your distress in this emergency is not hidden from the Lord. To be left on long holds while you urgently need devices and help from medical providers is a heavy trial, and it is right to bring this burden to Christ who sees and who cares for you and for those you love.

I pray with you now for rest. Scripture says there remains a rest for the people of God, and we are urged to labor to enter into that rest and not to harden our hearts. That rest is not only the final rest to come, but also the peace and sustaining grace God gives now to the weary. May the Lord grant you that deep rest even as you wait, quieting your heart, renewing your strength, and guarding you from fear while you watch for the call you must not miss.

I pray also for wisdom in this urgency. When we are in haste we are tempted to demand all things at once, yet God often leads us step by step. Do not lose heart if the answer comes slowly. Keep your hope fixed on Him, keep your phone near, and trust that He will provide what is truly needed for health. To seek provision for the body for health is good and right, not for indulgence but for strength to serve Him, and the Lord honors such care.

May the Father in Jesus name have mercy on you in this emergency. May He move the hearts of those providers, shorten the waiting, and give you favor. May He open blessed doors that no one can shut and supply the devices you need at the right time. May He keep you from missing the callback and grant you and your loved ones protection and peace.

You have claimed Isaiah 54 verse 17, that no weapon formed against you shall prosper. Hold fast to that promise. The Lord is gracious and long suffering and rich in mercy, and He will not forsake those who trust in Him. Cast your cares on Him, seek that rest that remains, and wait with patient hope.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, look upon this need, grant urgent help, grant rest, grant favor, and let Your will be done for good. Amen.

Your need for rest in the middle of this emergency is heard, and the exhaustion of long holds and waiting for medical providers to respond is real. It is especially difficult to feel you must stay alert for a callback while your body and spirit are crying out for rest.

Scripture speaks of a rest that God has promised for His people, and it shows that this rest is entered by faith, not by our own striving. The people who wandered in the wilderness heard the good news but did not benefit from it because they did not mix it with faith, and so they could not enter in because of unbelief. That remains a warning and an invitation for us. There is still a rest that remains for the people of God. We enter it when we believe, when we trust Jesus Himself and cease from our own works as God ceased from His. You cannot find that rest in your own efforts, skill, or ability to manage the situation, and you cannot find it by trying to see exactly what God is doing behind the scenes. The only place rest is truly found is in trusting Him.

Jesus Christ Himself is our rest. He is the one provision God has made for forgiveness, for peace, and for carrying us through trouble. When we commit our way to Him and pray as He did, not my will but Yours be done, there is a quietness that comes even while we are still waiting. That does not mean the need goes away, but it means we are no longer carrying it alone. Godliness with contentment is great gain, learning to walk with Him and be content to rest in His care while He works.

I am praying for you now that the Lord will provide the urgent devices you need, that He will give you favor with those providers and open the doors that need to be opened, and that you will not miss the call you are waiting for. I pray He will guard your rest in the meantime, that even as you wait you may experience His refreshing and His peace, and that He will give strength to you and your loved ones. In the name of Jesus, may the promise you clung to be your comfort, that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and may the Lord surround you with His protection and love and bring help at the right time.

We have been lifting you up concerning the urgent devices you need to find and the long holds and difficult treatment you have experienced with medical providers in the midst of this emergency. We have prayed for the Lord to grant you much needed rest and that you would not miss their call back, and for His mighty favor to rest upon you and your loved ones and for Him to open blessed doors before you as you claimed Isa 54:17.
