Help Me

Lord

I am praying to you for your help. I am a drug addict, there is no nicer way to put this. I am a Christian who has took a direct turn down the wrong path. I know what I need to do, but cannot seem to just put the drugs down. I have found the love of my life, who happens to share the same problem. we atten Church sometimes. Help us Lord to be strong enough to just be content in our lives and get over this horrible addiction. We have very wonderful positive things in our lives we need to focus on. We are planning our wedding and would love to have a child, but how could I bring someone in to this. Please forgive us and give us strength together. He stuggles so much with all of his demons in his life give him the strength and burden his heart to find you.

Our heavenly Father, how easy it is to fall into this kind of trap, one when we get tired of playing with this sort of thing, we find out that it is not done with us. I pray for them both to draw nearer to You, to rely on Your strength to see them through, to meditate on Your love for them and on the future they will have with You, with each other and with the children that they want to have. Lord, they need the Holy Spirit to guide them, and to comfort them as they place these addictions at Your feet and leave them there. Bless them Father, may they have the strength to turn their backs on this life of drugs and keep their hands in Yours. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Lord, what a confession of sins, thank You for interceding with answers to all issues. thank You that they will now walk closer to You as husband and wife and that they together will raise children to serve You, too. thank You that when they NOW use the drugs it will not have the same effect it had before; instead the Holy Spirit will go before the drug and they will both be whiter than snow, because they asked! thank You for sending Your child to this site so that Your Prayer Warriors will hold them up in prayer for deliverance of the use of drugs and even tho they may have not been walking with You in the past; You placed them to sit amongst believers rejoicing in You, AMEN!

Father, how I thank you for letting these dear people admit their addiction. Sometimes it is the hardest thing to admit that you have done wrong, they have done this. so Father I just pray that you will be with them during their time of addiction, because I know that you will answer their pray about their future. This won't be easy Lord, so please give them the strength to do so. Be with them everyday and every hour in everyway. Help them dear Lord to beat this drug addiction, and help them to go to church and to expect you to help them beat the addiction. We thank you Lord for what you have done and for what you are going to do. In Jesus precious name. Amen
