Help Me To Get Back To God

Hello dear Church, i have felt it that i run from God, i know God has a purpose for my life and he wants me to be an example, to serve him in His Kingdom. Am a Christian, but some last 4-5 years i have done all sorts of bad things, even got severe alcohol drinking, smoking, womanizing and the like, but i ask from you dear Christians to pray for me, as i will also be praying so that i get back to my God, because with him all things are possible and i know He still wants me to live and to serve Him.
