the and her..was to be and her kidney..but the doctor said the is doing pee just fine in the bag..so that is out..

update: the specialist said there will be no need to do a puncture, the right lung has nothing, the left one has too little, they will give her a medicine to get the liquid off, and tomorrow they will try to remove the tubes. If by the end of Friday that doesn't work, they will do tracheostomy (the thing that they put the air tube in the middle of the neck by a hole, I really hope that isn't necessary). Fever is down.

so today they are giving her more diuretic, to see if she puts off more liquid to make it easy for her to breathe, once they remove the air tube.
so what is maintaining her in the intensive care is that breathing issue, since the infection has been reduced so much that it can be treated in house.
oh my god, tomorrow they will try, and she will be able to breathe without it, and be back home. at least I hope

it was necessary a blood transfusion for her in the night

and they are doing the tracheostomy..

the rest she is ok

fever down..

infection under control

surgery wound under control

now is hope that the tracheostomy runs smooth..and she can breathe better. and that damm water in her lungs get out..

they still didnt do the tracheostomy because no surgeon is available..close to 1pm here..still waiting..
the diuretic is making the water in her lungs get out, but is a slow process, or so it seems so..
hopefully that tracheostomy is simple process..

update:
the infection is under control, but isn't getting better but isn't getting worse
the breathing problem is still there, even with the tracheostomy
she is still swollen...
so is multiple factors...she needs to be better of infection, the water in her lungs, she is all swollen...
but she was more awake today, she lifted the hand, smiled when I talked...back...
but still delicate...
now things need to get better
