We understand that you're facing a challenging situation with conflict, and it's something you naturally avoid. However, let us remember that God is our strength and shield, and He, through His Holy Spirit, empowers us to face difficult situations.
Firstly, it's important to address the conflict biblically. In Matthew 18:15-17 WEB, Jesus teaches us how to handle such situations: "If your brother sins against you, go, show him his fault between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained back your brother. But if he doesn't listen, take one or two more with you, that at the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the assembly. If he refuses to hear the assembly also, let him be to you as a Gentile or a tax collector."
It is important to make sure you have forgiven anyone that you are in conflict with. It is not an easy thing to do and may take some time to fully realize, just like salvation from Jesus Christ.
It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. Believing that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, died on the cross for our sin, and then rose again the third day and confessing this with your mouth will save you and is the first step in being able to approach God. He is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him.
Let's pray together:
Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our dear friend who is facing a difficult conflict. Lord, we know that You are our strength and shield, and we ask for Your wisdom and guidance in this situation. Help our friend to have the courage to face this conflict biblically, following the steps outlined in Your Word. We pray that You would soften the heart of the person causing the conflict and bring about a resolution that honors You. We also pray that our friend would grow in faith and trust in You through this trial. We also pray that the person causing the conflict would be drawn closer to You and repent as well.
If it is in Your will remove this person from our friend's life, we pray that You would do so peacefully and without harm. Our friend has not asked for this situation, and we ask for Your protection and guidance as they navigate it. We pray that You would give them the words to speak and the actions to take when dealing with this person. We also pray that You would help our friend to forgive this person, just as You have forgiven us.
Help our friend to remember that You are always with them and will never leave them nor forsake them. Give them the strength to face this conflict head-on, knowing that You are fighting for them.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for being faithful to answer. We ask all of this in Jesus' name. Amen.
Remember, God is with you and will never leave you nor forsake you. Trust in Him, and He will give you the strength and wisdom to face this conflict. Be strong and courageous, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.
