We understand that you're feeling tired and unmotivated, and it's commendable that you're seeking help and wanting to be a better worker. Firstly, we're glad that you acknowledged the name of Jesus in your request, as it is by His name that we have access to God. We are reminded, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.
Let's turn to God's Word for guidance and encouragement. In Isaiah 40:29 WEB, it says, He gives power to the faint; and to him who has no might he increases strength. We can find comfort in knowing that God is our source of strength.
In times of weariness, we should first examine our hearts and lives to ensure we are living in obedience to God's commands. In Galatians 6:9 WEB, it says, Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we do not give up.
However, it's also important to address any potential underlying issues that might be causing your fatigue. In Psalm 127:2 WEB, it says, It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones. Ensure that you're getting adequate rest and managing your time effectively. Also, consider your diet and physical activity, as taking care of your body is essential. In 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB, it says, Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, we come before You, lifting up our brother/sister who is feeling tired and unmotivated. Lord, we ask for Your divine strength and energy to fill them. Help them to manage their time and priorities effectively, and to take care of their body, Your temple. Give them the power to get up each day with renewed vigor and a willing spirit to go about their work. Help us all to live in obedience and to trust in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
