Help Me Get My Life Back

I have a food addiction, this is so embarrassing for me. I just love food. Just like a drug user loves drugs. My extra weight is making it hard on me to get around and I am so ashamed of myself I don't want to go anywhere. Please pray that God will help me with my food addiction and I will be able to lose weight. This would make my health and depression better. I quit smoking 5 years ago and I thought that was the hardest thing I'd ever have to do, but trying to lose weight is harder, because I have to face food every day. Please pray that God will help me, I need all the prayers I can get. Thank you, my fellow Christians.

Praise you Jesus.

Father God we lift up to you ###, Lord you see her, nothing is hidden in your eyes. Father God help her, help her to stop herself from too much eating. Let her cravings for food be controlled Lord God, and help her to discipline herself and make her lose weight and control eating Lord God.

We rebuke, bind, destroy and cast away into the deepest sea that spirit of gluttony in her life in the name of Jesus. And we set loose God's spirit of control in ###'s body in Jesus name.

Lord God, strengthen ### all the time, and let your words be always upon her, help her Lord God to have self-control, help her to discipline herself from too much eating and just say no when it's already too much. Strengthen her will to stop herself from eating when it is time to stop eating. And help her to also lose weight Lord.

Thank you Lord God, be glorified in this situation Lord, in Jesus mighty name we pray, Amen Amen.

Thank You for loving ### and for placing Your loving hand upon her, satisfying every hunger that she is trying to fix with food. Give her strength, courage and wisdom in working on a healthy lifestyle as she prepares her body to be a perfect temple for You to dwell in. Bless her and protect her.
