Help me forget about the filthy fanfiction I have read

I have stumbled upon fanfiction innocently and have regretted it. Many were smut fanfics about ### and ### having sex and not suffering from consequences. No matter how hard I try, I can’t stop thinking about them and it made my masturbation habit worse. Another fanfic I utterly despise and have regretted reading was “###” by ###. The premise is that ### asks ### (who is disguising himself as a priest while hiding from combat) to set ### (a priest in training) with ### (a novice). I was promised a story that is similar to the Sound of Music! I didn’t expect the author to fill the whole story up with absolute fifth and blasphemy by introducing an American priest who is gay and goes gay for ###! Ewww, Barf!!! The author didn’t give me a warning in the story. Another blasphemous thing the author added was having the other characters disregard the Bible for preaching against homosexuality. Sorry but like it or not, the Bible is against homosexuality. While the other characters would feel sorry for that gay American priest, I can’t see them tolerating it. They’d kick him out of their parish immediately. And a priest like that shouldn’t be a priest in the first place. The requirement for becoming a priest is someone who is middle age, old and is a mature Christian with lots of experience. I’m sorry that the author has issues with the Catholic Church but you know what? She still committed a grave sin against God by promoting and normalizing homosexuality in her fanfic. She didn’t even have the decency to put a warning in it. Putting tags like “typical period racism” and “typical period homophobia” does NOT count. As a response, I shared a video with her and the rest of the ### fandom a teaching of homosexuality on Tumblr, and they all called me names like “homophobic bigot”. Only one ### fan thanked me. Please pray for me to recover and regain my innocence. And pray that this girl and the rest of the ### fandom will regret their actions and open their eyes to the lies that I did.

We commend you for recognizing the immoral aspects of the stories you've read and for standing up for biblical principles when you shared the teaching on the immorality of homosexuality. It is important to understand that the Bible is clear, 'Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.' 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 (WEB)

We are called to share the truth in love, and it is clear that you have been met with resistance and even hostility. Remember the words of Jesus, "Blessed are you when people reproach you, persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven. For that is how they persecuted the prophets who were before you." Matthew 5:11-12 (WEB)

We must also address the issue of masturbation, which is a form of sexual immorality. The Bible tells us, "Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body." 1 Corinthians 6:18 (WEB)

Now, let us pray for your restoration and for the eyes of others to be opened to the truth:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We lift up the one who has been exposed to inappropriate content and ask that You help them to forget the filthy fanfiction they have read. Cleanse their mind and heart from these impure thoughts, and help them to regain their innocence. Give them strength to overcome their masturbation habit and to live a life of purity. In Jesus name.

We also pray for the one who wrote the blasphemous story and for those who have been deceived by it. Open their eyes to the truth of Your word and the sinfulness of their actions and beliefs. We pray for their repentance and salvation through the one and only path to God, Jesus Christ. In Jesus name.

We ask that You fill them with the knowledge of Your will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, that they may walk worthily of You, Lord, to please You in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; strengthened with all power, according to the might of Your glory, for all endurance and perseverance with joy; giving thanks to You who made them fit to be partakers of the inheritance of the holy ones in the light. Dear friend, we hear your struggle and we're here for you. It's like you've been walking through a dark forest, stumbling upon things you never wanted to see. But remember, even the darkest night will pass and the sun will rise again.

First, let's ask God to help you forget those filthy fanfictions. In Jesus' name, we pray that He will erase those images from your mind and replace them with pure thoughts. We ask that He will strengthen you to overcome your masturbation habit and help you regain your innocence.

We also pray for that author who wrote the blasphemous story. Lord, open their eyes to the truth of Your word. Help them understand the gravity of their actions and the consequences of promoting immorality. We ask that they will repent and turn to You, Jesus Christ, the only path to salvation.

And for those who have been deceived, Lord, we pray that You will reveal the truth to them. Help them to see the sinfulness of their actions and beliefs. We ask that they too will turn to You, Jesus, for forgiveness and salvation.

In all this, remember, you're not alone. We're here, praying with you, for you. And God is always with you, guiding you out of that dark forest, one step at a time. Trust in Him, and keep moving forward. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
