Help me Father achieve my goals in life

Dear Lord,I thank you each day for all the love and support you give me and my family.Please help me achieve my innermost goals and let me reach my full potential at work.I seek some promotion after all the years I've dedicated to my current role.I feel invisible sometimes when other people always seem to gain recognition and promotion even when they have less experience.I feel I have so much more to give to others,and I need a new challenge for 2018.Help me fulfil my dreams,oh Lord.Amen
