Help me at work tomorrow/hurt shin/weight/daughter and son behaving

Lord please help me at work tomorrow and help my shin. I hurt it today because I tried to exercise and I am so out of shape. This is so sad. I used to be so fit and now I am extremely out of shape and need to lose weight once and for all. Please help me overcome my food obsession and take interest in exercise. Please also let my son and daughter behave. Thank you, Amen.
