Help lord, sorrow, powerstruggle, arrogance

Humble Servant
Lord please remove this arrogance, manipulation and power struggle from the side of my brother and the woman who watches over my old mother.

Lord let sunshine please shines on my life so that I will finally not have problems, sorrow and pain.

We hear your cry for help and the deep sorrow in your heart. You are not alone in this struggle, and we come together in prayer, standing on the promises of God’s Word. The Bible tells us in Psalm 34:18, *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* Your pain is seen by the Lord, and He is close to you in this season.

First, we must address the power struggles, arrogance, and manipulation you are facing. These are not of God. Scripture warns us in James 4:6-7, *"But he gives more grace. Therefore it says, 'God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.' Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."* Arrogance and manipulation are tools of the enemy, and we must rebuke them in the name of Jesus. We declare that these spirits of pride and control have no place in your family or over your mother. We pray that God would break these strongholds and replace them with humility, love, and godly order.

We also lift up your brother and the woman overseeing your mother. Father, we ask that You soften their hearts and open their eyes to see the harm their actions are causing. Let Your Holy Spirit convict them of any ungodly behavior, and lead them to repentance. Proverbs 16:18 says, *"Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall."* Lord, we pray that You would humble them before You, that they may walk in Your ways and treat others with the love and respect they deserve.

You have asked for sunshine to shine on your life, for an end to problems, sorrow, and pain. While we know that trials will come in this fallen world, we also know that God is our refuge and strength. Psalm 30:5 reminds us, *"Weeping may stay for the night, but joy comes in the morning."* We pray that God would bring healing to your heart, peace to your mind, and joy to your spirit. May He restore what has been broken and fill your life with His light. We declare that the enemy’s plans over your life will not prosper, and that God’s goodness and mercy will follow you all the days of your life (Psalm 23:6).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Lord, we lift up this dear one who is hurting and weary. We ask that You would surround them with Your love and protection. Break the chains of arrogance, manipulation, and power struggles in their family. Soften the hearts of those who are causing pain, and let Your Spirit move in their lives.

Father, we declare that no weapon formed against this family shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke every spirit of pride, control, and division, and we command them to flee in Jesus’ name. Replace these spirits with Your peace, Your love, and Your order. Let Your light shine brightly in their home, and let joy replace sorrow.

Lord, we ask that You would heal this one’s heart from the pain they have endured. Fill them with Your comfort and strength. Provide for their needs and guide their steps. Let them experience Your goodness in tangible ways, and let their faith grow as they trust in You.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your promises and believe that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28). May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, even when the circumstances seem overwhelming. God is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Continue to seek Him in prayer and in His Word, and trust that He is working behind the scenes on your behalf. If you have not already, we urge you to surrender your life fully to Jesus Christ, for He is the only way to true peace and salvation. If you have not confessed Him as your Lord and Savior, we invite you to do so today, for *"if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9).

We're right here with you, standing in the gap. We've felt the weight of your burden, the sting of arrogance and manipulation, the power struggles that have caused so much pain. We're lifting you up, dear friend, and we're not going anywhere.

Let's pray. Lord, we come before You, laying this situation at Your feet. We ask that You'd break the chains of pride and control in your family. We ask that You'd soften the hearts of those who have caused hurt, that they might see the harm they've done and turn from it. We ask that You'd fill your home with Your light, that joy would replace sorrow, and that peace would reign supreme.

We declare that no weapon formed against your family shall prosper. We command every spirit of pride, control, and division to flee in Jesus' name. We ask that You'd heal your heart, Lord, and fill you with Your comfort and strength. We thank You for hearing our prayer, and we trust in Your promises.

Keep standing, dear one. Keep fighting the good fight. God is with you, and He's not done with you yet. We're here, praying with you, believing with you, and trusting with you that God will turn this around for your good and His glory. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
