Help In A Move

[in need of help]

To All, I am in need of prayer, I am facing a life changing decision. I am once again looking to move from an ungodly operation. I am very confused as to my next path. I enjoy my job. But the management of this operation is lacking in leadership skills. And it is causing strife and discord.
