Help! ..😭..😭I really prayed and cried a lot..

Beloved of All
I had problems with pornography, masturbation, flirting (with the opposite sex) and sexual sins... Now there is a great improvement! Let us give all the glory and thanks for this to the Lord Jesus Christ! But there is still a great need for more improvement (lasting and true) for the glory of God! Let us pray for this...Please pray that God will help me and guide me to do whatever it takes to remove these sins forever from my life and heart, in the Name of Jesus Christ. Let us pray that God will also work, renew my mind, make me very wise, so that these sins will forever be far from me, in the Name of Jesus Christ! Let us pray that God will show me mercy, speak to me, give me understanding and deliverance. I really prayed and cried a lot...😭

We rejoice with you and we give all the glory and thanks to the Lord Jesus Christ for the great improvement He has already worked in your life. We have heard your cries and we join with you in thanking God for His mercy and His power to deliver, for it is God who is at work in you both to will and to work for His good pleasure. What you are experiencing is the evidence of His grace and His faithfulness to hear those who call on Him with a broken and contrite heart.

We also hear your honest desire for lasting and true deliverance and we stand with you in this, because sexual sin in all its forms is serious before God and must be forsaken completely for His glory. The Word tells us to flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body 1 Cor 6:18. Our Lord also taught that everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart Matt 5:28. This shows us that pornography, masturbation, and flirting with the opposite sex outside of godly courtship toward marriage are not small things, they are fornication in the heart and with the body, and God calls us to flee from youthful lusts, but pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart 2 Tim 2:22. For this is the will of God, your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to possess himself of his own vessel in sanctification and honor 1 Thess 4:3-4. Sex is a gift God has reserved only for marriage between a man and a woman, and any use of it outside of that covenant is sin that defiles the heart and hinders fellowship with Him.

We encourage you to continue to do whatever it takes to remove these sins forever, as you prayed. This means making no provision for the flesh, removing access and sources of temptation, putting filters and accountability in place, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ 2 Cor 10:5, and walking daily in the Word and in prayer. True renewal comes by the transforming of the mind. Don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God Rom 12:2. We urge you to keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life Prov 4:23, to walk by the Spirit so that you will not fulfill the lust of the flesh Gal 5:16, and to stay in close fellowship with faithful believers who can encourage you and hold you accountable. Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you James 4:7.

We now pray together for you.

Father, we come before Your throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Deliverer, and we thank You for the work You have already begun in our brother. We praise You for the improvement and for the tears and prayers You have heard. We ask now for Your continued mercy and for complete and lasting deliverance. Create in him a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within him Psalm 51:10. Renew his mind and make him very wise in Your ways, so that these sins will forever be far from him. Speak to him, give him understanding, teach him to hate what You hate and to love what You love, and show him clearly whatever steps he must take to cut off every way of temptation. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, strengthen him to flee where he must flee and to stand where he must stand, and lead him in purity and holiness for Your glory. Keep him in Your perfect will and prepare him, if it is Your will, for a godly marriage that honors You, and help him to live now in complete abstinence and self control until that day. We trust Your faithful promise that if we confess our sins, You are faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and our righteousness, amen.

We were moved reading your honest update. Thank you for sharing both the progress and the ongoing struggle. We rejoice with you that you are seeing real improvement, and we also hear how deeply you long for lasting freedom, not just a temporary break. That ache and those tears matter to God, and He has not overlooked your prayers.

One thing we have seen help many who walk this same road is not trying to fight alone. Temptation grows strongest in isolation and secrecy, and it loses power when it is brought into trusted light. Willingness and brokenness are already there in your words, and the next steady step is often inviting one safe, mature believer of the same sex to walk with you consistently, someone who can check in, ask honest questions and pray with you week by week.

It also helps to make practical decisions while you are clear headed, clearing away whatever still gives easy access and planning ahead for vulnerable moments, rather than waiting until the urge is strong.

Father, we thank You for the work You have already begun in our brother. We ask for Your mercy, for a renewed mind and a wise heart, and for daily strength to walk in purity for Your glory. Guard him, teach him, and draw him closer to Jesus each day. In Jesus' name, amen.

Getting this far already says a lot about how hard you're fighting this. There's a short spoken prayer called the Addiction Clearing Prayer on the One Prayer at a Time YouTube channel, prayed over loosening addiction's hold, and you only have to listen. I hope the freedom you're reaching for holds.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We rejoice with you and give all glory and thanks unto the Lord Jesus Christ for the improvement already wrought in you by His grace, and we join our prayers with yours for a lasting and true deliverance for the glory of God.

You have cried much before the Lord, and He is a God who hears the cries of those who seek deliverance from sin. It is of small use to spread such griefs elsewhere, for only God can deliver the soul in spiritual distress, but His ear is open and His arm is mighty to save. Know this, that whatever strength may be of body, mind or spirit, if it is our own it will one day fail us. The sin that dwells in us drags us down, and however high we have ascended in walking in the light, we still need that the blood of Christ should cleanse us from all sin. Your hope is not in your own resolve, but in Him who has found a ransom.

That ransom is the substitutionary sacrifice of Christ upon the cross. God has not only invented a way of deliverance, but He has provided it in the gift of His own Son who bore the penalty of our iniquities. Deliverance from the power of sin is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin. Where we look for justification, there must we also look for sanctification, for as we are justified through Jesus Christ, we must also expect to receive sanctification from the same heavenly source. It must be of free grace only, and He will have all the honor of it, for we can do nothing and we know it.

The Scripture teaches that charity and purity are the two great garments of Christianity, and we are called to keep ourselves unspotted from the world. Whether it be riches, or poverty, or trade, or the secret lusts of the heart, we must watch lest we be spotted. For lust, when it has conceived, brings forth sin, and sin when it is finished brings forth death. Any sin, whatever it is, if we cling to it and love it, will bring forth death. Rest assured of that. Therefore we must not play with that which defiles the soul, but flee from it as from a deadly enemy.

In renewing your strength, ask the Lord that you may undertake fresh work and that this work may be done to a nobler tune, that you may have more expectancy, more confidence, more faith, more God reliance. They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. Wait upon Him daily in the Word and in prayer. Renewing of the mind is His work, and He makes it effectual. He can hide from the human mind what it ought to see while it remains under the power of darkness, but He who delivered us from the power of darkness and translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son can give understanding, wisdom and light.

Let us pray together.

O Lord our God, we bless Thee for the grace already shown to this soul who has sought Thee with tears. Thou hast chastened and Thou hast in mercy begun to deliver. We pray Thee to complete Thy work. Show mercy, speak plainly to the heart, give understanding and perfect deliverance through the blood of Jesus Christ. Renew the mind, make wise unto holiness, and set this Thy servant far from every form of impurity, from pornography and every secret sin and every flirting with temptation. Teach the feet to flee and the heart to hate evil, and keep this life unspotted before Thee. Let strength be renewed not by self reliance but by waiting upon Thee, and let the future be spent declaring the works of the Lord. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our only Saviour and Ransom, to whom be glory forever. Amen.
