Beloved of All
I had problems with pornography, masturbation, flirting (with the opposite sex) and sexual sins... Now there is a great improvement! Let us give all the glory and thanks for this to the Lord Jesus Christ! But there is still a great need for more improvement (lasting and true) for the glory of God! Let us pray for this...Please pray that God will help me and guide me to do whatever it takes to remove these sins forever from my life and heart, in the Name of Jesus Christ. Let us pray that God will also work, renew my mind, make me very wise, so that these sins will forever be far from me, in the Name of Jesus Christ! Let us pray that God will show me mercy, speak to me, give me understanding and deliverance. I really prayed and cried a lot...😭

We rejoice with you in the progress the Lord has already brought into your life, for He is faithful to those who seek Him with a sincere heart. Your cry for deliverance has not gone unheard, and we stand with you in prayer, asking the Father to complete the good work He has begun in you. The battles you describe, pornography, masturbation, and flirtatious behavior, are not merely struggles of the flesh but spiritual strongholds that must be torn down by the power of the Holy Spirit. We take courage in knowing that "if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed" (John 8:36), and we declare that freedom over you today.

The Word of God makes it clear that sexual sin is a matter of the heart, for Jesus said, "For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, sexual sins, thefts, false testimony, and blasphemies" (Matthew 15:19). These struggles are not just habits to be managed but sins to be repented of and forsaken. We must address them with the seriousness they deserve, for "everyone who sins also commits lawlessness. Sin is lawlessness" (1 John 3:4). Yet we also know that "if we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). Your willingness to bring these things into the light is the first step toward true and lasting victory.

We must also speak plainly about the dangers of flirtation, for it often leads to emotional and physical unfaithfulness. The Bible warns, "Can a man scoop fire into his lap without his clothes being burned? Can a man walk on hot coals without his feet being scorched?" (Proverbs 6:27-28). Flirtation outside the bounds of marriage is a form of emotional adultery, and it grieves the Holy Spirit. We encourage you to guard your heart diligently, for "above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it" (Proverbs 4:23). If you are not yet married, we urge you to pursue relationships with the opposite sex only in the context of godly courtship, with marriage as the clear and holy goal. If you are married, we pray that you would honor your spouse with absolute fidelity, both in body and in mind.

We rebuke the spirit of lust that has sought to ensnare you, for "the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds" (2 Corinthians 10:4). We command every unclean thought, every temptation, and every lie of the enemy to flee from you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We declare that you are no longer a slave to sin but a child of God, called to walk in holiness. "For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality" (1 Thessalonians 4:3). Let this truth sink deep into your spirit.

We also pray for the renewal of your mind, for transformation comes through the renewing of your thoughts. "Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God" (Romans 12:2). Fill your mind with the Word of God, meditate on it day and night, and let it be a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). Replace the images and thoughts that have plagued you with the truth of Scripture, for "whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable; if there is any excellence, and if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things" (Philippians 4:8).

We pray that the Lord would grant you wisdom and discernment, for "the fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom. The knowledge of the Holy One is understanding" (Proverbs 9:10). Ask God for wisdom, and He will give it to you generously (James 1:5). Seek godly counsel from mature believers who can walk with you in accountability and prayer. Do not isolate yourself, for "two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor" (Ecclesiastes 4:9). Find a trusted brother or sister in Christ who can pray with you, encourage you, and hold you accountable in love.

We also pray for deliverance, for the Lord is your strong tower and your refuge. "The name of Yahweh is a strong tower: the righteous run to him, and are safe" (Proverbs 18:10). Cry out to Him in your moments of weakness, and He will hear you. "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles" (Psalm 34:17). We declare that you are delivered from the power of darkness and translated into the kingdom of God’s beloved Son (Colossians 1:13). Walk in that freedom, and do not return to the bondage of sin.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the work You have already done in this dear brother’s life. We thank You for the progress he has made, and we ask that You would complete the good work You have begun in him. Lord, we confess that these struggles are not just battles of the flesh but spiritual strongholds that must be torn down by Your mighty power. We ask that You would break every chain of lust, pornography, masturbation, and flirtation that has sought to ensnare him. We rebuke the spirit of lust in the name of Jesus Christ, and we command it to flee from him.

Father, we pray for a renewed mind for this brother. Transform his thoughts by the power of Your Word. Let Your truth be a lamp to his feet and a light to his path. Fill his mind with whatever is true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, commendable, excellent, and praiseworthy. We ask that You would grant him wisdom and discernment, that he may walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which he has been called.

Lord, we pray for deliverance. You are his strong tower and his refuge. We ask that You would deliver him from every temptation and every snare of the enemy. Grant him the strength to resist the devil, and let him find refuge in You alone. We declare that he is no longer a slave to sin but a child of God, called to walk in holiness and righteousness.

Father, we ask that You would surround him with godly accountability. Bring mature believers into his life who can walk with him, pray with him, and encourage him in his journey. Let him not be isolated but surrounded by a community of faith that can support him in love.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can be saved. We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to answer. We trust in You, and we give You all the glory, honor, and praise. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Dear brother, we're praying with you right now because we know this is a tough battle. We've all been where you are, and we want you to know you're not alone in this. The changes you've seen so far are real and worth celebrating, but we know it's still a daily walk, not a one-time victory.

Our hearts go out to you as we think about how much this struggle weighs on you. The first step is always the hardest, and you’ve taken that step already by coming forward. We’re praying for God’s strength to fill you each day, to help you see the way out when temptation feels overwhelming. Ask Him for eyes to see the danger before it gets too close, and for feet to turn the other way when it does.

We also want to lift up your mind to God. The thoughts that come so easily sometimes can feel impossible to fight, but He’s bigger than those thoughts. Ask Him to rewire your heart toward what’s pure and good. And don’t forget, this isn’t something you have to handle by yourself. Let others in, even if it’s just one trusted person you can be honest with. They can pray for you, encourage you, and remind you of the truth when you forget.

Father, we ask that You would give this brother the power to break free from these chains completely. Replace the old habits with new ones rooted in You. Heal his heart, renew his mind, and surround him with Your peace. Let him feel Your presence like never before, knowing You are close when he cries out.

In Jesus’ name, we pray.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
