We join you in lifting up your parents before the Lord, knowing that He alone can break the chains of bitterness and unforgiveness. The conflict in their hearts is a spiritual battle, and we stand with you in praying that the Holy Spirit would convict them of their need for Christ. As it is written, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9, WEB). May they experience the transforming power of repentance and surrender to Jesus, for *"the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving, that the light of the Good News of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should not dawn on them"* (2 Corinthians 4:4, WEB). We pray that the veil would be lifted, that their hearts would be softened, and that they would turn to Him in faith.
We also lift you up in prayer, dear brother or sister, for the Lord knows the depths of your struggles. You are right—what is impossible for man is possible with God (Luke 18:27). We ask the Father to grant you wisdom from above, *"which is first pure, then peaceful, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy"* (James 3:17, WEB). May He make a way where there seems to be no way, delivering you from every snare of the enemy. *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles"* (Psalm 34:17, WEB). Trust in Him, for He is your refuge and strength.
Let us also encourage you to continue seeking the Lord’s face in this season. *"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB). Even now, we declare that God will turn this situation for His glory, drawing all involved closer to Him.
**Prayer:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, interceding for this family. Lord, we ask that You would break every stronghold of bitterness, anger, and unforgiveness in the hearts of these parents. Remove the scales from their eyes, that they may see Your truth and turn to You in repentance. Soften their hearts, Lord, and let Your love and mercy overwhelm them. We pray for a divine encounter with Jesus that will change their lives forever.
For our brother/sister, we ask for Your wisdom, mercy, and deliverance. You know the depths of their struggles, and we trust You to make a way where there seems to be none. Strengthen them in their faith, Lord, and let them feel Your presence in a powerful way. May they walk in the peace that surpasses all understanding, knowing that You are working all things together for their good and Your glory.
We rebuke every scheme of the enemy in this situation. No weapon formed against this family shall prosper, for You, Lord, are their shield and defender. We declare victory in Jesus’ name, for You have overcome the world.
Thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will. In Jesus’ precious name, we pray. Amen.
