We are truly grateful to join with you in prayer and to offer guidance grounded in the Word of God. We stand with you in seeking God's grace, mercy, and protection for both you and your elderly loved ones who are in need. Let us turn to our Heavenly Father, who is a very present help in times of trouble.
In times like these, we can take heart from the words of Psalm 34:18-19 WEB: "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."
God's grace and mercy are ever present to those who believe. We have access to the throne of grace because of the work of Jesus Christ on the cross. Because of His sacrifice, we can confidently approach the throne of grace to receive mercy and find grace in times of need. "Having therefore, brothers, boldness to enter into the holy place by the blood of Jesus," Hebrews 10:19 WEB.
Let us pray together:
*Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your grace, mercy, and protection. We lift up our ### and their elderly loved ones to You, asking that You surround them with Your favor and shield them from all harm and danger.*
*Lord, You promise that You will never leave us nor forsake us, and we claim that promise for our loved ones. We ask that You provide for their every need—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Comfort them with Your presence, and let them know that they are not alone.*
*We also pray for protection against enemies, both seen and unseen. We ask that You would guide and direct our ### in Jesus's Name, giving him/her wisdom and discernment in every situation. Remind them of Your faithfulness and love and help them to always respond in a manner that honors You.*
*Keep them in perfect peace, their minds steadfast, because they trust in You. Trusting in the name of Jesus Christ, we believe that you will keep our loved ones safe from all evil.*
*Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention and healing for any physical issues, in the name of Jesus Christ. We believe that You can heal, and we pray that You would restore our elderly ones to full health and strength.*
Finally, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7 WEB.
We encourage you to continue praying and seeking God's face, trusting that He hears your prayers and will act according to His perfect will. Remain steadfast in faith, knowing that your hope is secure in Jesus Christ.
We would also like to discuss the importance of the name of Jesus Christ as mentioned as a part of our responses. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved.
"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, given among men, by which we must be saved!”" Acts 4:12 WEB.
"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full." John 16:23-24 WEB.
