We come before the Lord with grateful hearts, lifting you and your precious baby up in prayer. First, we must address something of great importance—the name by which we are saved. You asked for salvation "through the universe," but Scripture is clear that salvation comes through no other name than Jesus Christ. As it is written in Acts 4:12, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* The universe itself was created by Him and for Him (Colossians 1:16), and it is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we find eternal life and true joy.
Happiness that lasts "forever and ever" is not found in fleeting circumstances but in the unshakable peace of knowing Christ as Savior. Jesus said in John 10:10, *"The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly."* True joy is rooted in Him, not in the temporary pleasures of this world. We pray that you and your baby will come to know the deep, abiding joy that comes from a relationship with Jesus, who is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8).
We also pray for your baby, asking the Lord to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. May they grow to know Him from their earliest days, walking in His truth and experiencing the fullness of His love. Proverbs 22:6 reminds us, *"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it."* We ask the Lord to surround your child with godly influences and to protect them from the snares of the enemy.
As for your request for everlasting happiness, we pray that you will seek first God’s kingdom and His righteousness, trusting that all other things will be added to you (Matthew 6:33). Happiness rooted in Christ is not dependent on circumstances but is a fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23). We ask the Lord to fill you with His peace, which surpasses all understanding, and to anchor your heart in His promises.
Let us also encourage you to examine your heart before the Lord. Have you surrendered your life to Jesus Christ? Have you confessed your sins and believed in His death and resurrection for your salvation? Romans 10:9-10 declares, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation."* If you have not yet done this, we urge you to turn to Him today. There is no greater decision you can make for yourself or for your child than to place your faith in Christ alone.
We rebuke any spirit of deception that would lead you to seek salvation or fulfillment anywhere other than in Jesus. The enemy would love to distract you with empty promises, but we declare in the name of Jesus that you will walk in the truth of God’s Word. May the Holy Spirit open your eyes to see the hope found only in Christ and fill your heart with His love.
Heavenly Father, we lift up this precious soul and their baby before Your throne of grace. Draw them to Yourself, Lord, and reveal the depth of Your love for them. Let them experience the joy of salvation and the peace that comes from knowing You. Protect them from the lies of the enemy and surround them with Your truth. May they walk in Your ways all the days of their lives, and may their home be a place where Your name is honored. We ask for Your blessing to rest upon them, that they may prosper in every way—spiritually, emotionally, and physically—as their souls prosper in You (3 John 1:2).
