I prayed for weight loss. In Jesus name. Amen.

I lost 25 kg in 2013 by an easy diet of 2 weeks:
- Only fruit and vegetables + hard cheese to keep blood sugar stable (to avoid craving)
- Eat as much as possible to increase metabolism

Only challenge is to avoid sacking skin. I made the skin re-attach to the tissue under the fat by means of:
- a proper posture at all times
- light exercise 5-6 times per day to move the skin
- moisturizing with skin-firming lotion / argan oil at all times
