Ephesians 1:3  3Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ

Galatians 5:22   22But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.

None of the stuff in the circumstances around us can upset us. These things do not upset us, we get upset because we "choose" to be upset. The main way to overcome these is to renew our minds to the Word of God and live and believe what He says.  Jesus said to let not our hearts be troubled, He also said to not fear.  He could not tell us to do something if we were not capable of doing it. The more you believe and receive what is in the Word of God, the Bible, the less your circumstances can lead you into being troubled.

In the name of Jesus, I loose the Holy Spirit into your life.  Thank you Jesus.
