We lift you up before the Father, our dear sibling in Christ from ###, knowing that He hears the cries of His children and delights in providing for those who seek Him. Your struggles as an international student are not unseen by Him, and we stand with you in faith, asking for His divine intervention in every area of your life—your business, your newly constructed home, and most importantly, your healing.
First, we must address something vital: you did not invoke the name of Jesus in your request. The Scriptures are clear that there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). *"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). We urge you to always approach the throne of grace in the name of Jesus, for it is by His authority and His finished work on the cross that our prayers are heard. If you have not yet surrendered your life fully to Him, we implore you to do so today—confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9).
Now, let us pray together for your needs. Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking Your face. Lord, You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides, and we ask that You open the doors of opportunity for their business. Grant them wisdom, favor, and divine connections that will bring prosperity and glory to Your name. *"Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed"* (Proverbs 16:3, WEB). May this business be a testament to Your faithfulness, and may it be used to bless others and advance Your kingdom.
Father, we thank You for the gift of this new home. We pray for Your protection over it—let it be a place of peace, refuge, and worship. *"Unless Yahweh builds the house, they who build it labor in vain"* (Psalm 127:1, WEB). We ask that You fill this home with Your presence, that it may be a beacon of light in the community and a sanctuary where Your name is honored. Provide the resources needed to complete and maintain it, and let it be a blessing to many.
Most importantly, Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon this child of Yours. You are the Great Physician, and by the stripes of Jesus, we know that healing is already provided (1 Peter 2:24). We rebuke every spirit of infirmity and declare health and wholeness in the name of Jesus. *"He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. You were healed by his wounds"* (1 Peter 2:24, WEB). Strengthen their body, renew their mind, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.
We also pray for you as a student far from home. The challenges of being in a foreign land can be overwhelming, but remember that the Lord is your shepherd, and you shall not want (Psalm 23:1). He is with you, even in the valley of the shadow of death. Lean on Him, and trust that He will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Surround yourself with fellow believers who can encourage and support you in this season.
Finally, we encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and in the Word. *"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith, and trust that He who began a good work in you will complete it (Hebrews 12:2, Philippians 1:6).
Stay strong in the faith, and know that we are standing with you in agreement, believing for God’s perfect will to manifest in your life. *"Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to him be the glory in the Assembly and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen"* (Ephesians 3:20-21, WEB).
