Hello, I have an urgent need for answered prayer about a career issue. I am a nursing student at ### College in ###, NC, expecting to graduate from the RN program in May, 2013. I am up against some very vicious forces (faculty members) who have wrongly accused me of practicing reflexology (a form of acupressure done on the feet). I talked to my patient about the principles of reflexology and how relaxing from tension, stress, and anxiety in the mind helps to facilitate healing in the body. However, I did NOT actually perform reflexology on my patient (which is considered practicing outside the scope of a nursing student). As a result, I received a failing grade for my clinical assessment and am being dismissed in my last semester of nursing school UNLESS the president of the college, Dr. ###, grants my appeal for a grade change and allows me to remain in the program. His final decision will be made next Monday or Tuesday. I do not want to give up my hope of finishing this program and becoming an RN. I have struggled long and hard and age ###, this is my last chance to prepare for a career that I intend to dedicate to God as a healing artist. Please will you pray for me to have a positive outcome in this matter? Thank you.
