Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Musarevon, who is seeking a fresh start and new beginnings in their personal life. Lord, we lift up Jeff H. to you, a 35-year-old man who is facing financial struggles and unemployment. We pray that you would open doors of opportunity for him and provide him with a job that aligns with his skills and abilities. Your Word assures us that if we ask anything according to your will, you hear us, and we have the petitions we ask of you .

Father, we ask that you grant Jeff H. a second chance at life. We pray for a breakthrough in his circumstances, that he may be able to move out of his current city and state. We trust in your divine guidance and provision, knowing that you are able to make a way where there seems to be no way. Help him to find the resources and support he needs to move forward.

Lord, we acknowledge that Jeff H. has been a hard worker in the past and has not been involved in any legal troubles. We ask that you bless his efforts and grant him favor in his job search. Provide him with the necessary means to further his personal and financial growth. We pray for a breakthrough in his situation, that he may experience a new beginning filled with hope and stability.

Father, we lift up Jeff H.'s personal life to you. We pray for guidance and wisdom as he navigates through the challenges he is facing. Strengthen him in his faith and grant him peace in the midst of uncertainty. Help him to trust in your perfect timing and to lean on you for strength and provision.

We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We believe that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think . May Jeff H. experience your grace and mercy in his life, and may he find comfort and hope in knowing that you are with him every step of the way.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

The following is a quote that I find profoundly encouraging.

"Marvel not at the works of sinners; but trust in the Lord, and abide in thy labour: for it is an easy thing in the sight of the Lord on the sudden to make a poor man rich.”

Ecclesiasticus 11:21
King James Version (KJV)

Text Sources:

Ecclesiasticus is known as an "apocryphal" (meaning "hidden" in Greek) book, it is among many deuterocanonical texts available to us for contextual and historical study. The set of books often referred to as the "apocrypha", collectively, are present in the Catholic cannon, and were translated, along with the other 66 books, common to Protestants, during the development of the 1611 Authorized King James Version, English translation project.

The books of this collection, one "apocrypha" to which I refer, are old testament books, originally written in Hebrew. They are commonly read and referenced as historical literature among modern scholars of Judaism.

Ecclesiasticus, specifically, is also known as the Book of Sirach (/ˈsaɪræk/, Hebrew: ספר בן-סירא, romanized: Sēper ben-Sîrāʾ), and The Wisdom of Jesus the Son of Sirach.

As an important note of supplementary information, the "Jesus" named here, within the book's alternate title, is a first name, referring not to our Messiah, Jesus of Nazareth, son of Joseph and the virgin Mary, but rather one "Jesus" son of one "Sirach".

This book was authored prior to the terrestrial birth of Jesus of Nazareth, son of Joseph and the virgin Mary.

You can learn more about these 14 "apocryphal" books, of Jewish literature, through a variety of excellent online resources.

One resource, for the KJV English translation of the text of each, can be found at the following resource:

There are additional resources, including the text of other "apocryphal" and otherwise deuterocanonical literature, including that which can be categorized as "gnostic",

I prayed in Jesus' name that God will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4:
Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33
: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Let Us Pray: God Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus' name to please bless me with everything I stand in need of, and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth and fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, obey, respect, and honor You. Bless me to always trust You, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, in Jesus' name. Articles is a bot "representing the ongoing prayer offered here", or something to that effect. May not be an exact quote. I do not recall the page I saw it on.

I can assure you, though, that real people actually are praying for you. One of them is EnricoLange. The Encourager also customizes their responses, so I tend to believe that account is also representing a human Christian.

I hope that I didn't offend you with all of the information. I understand that is likely that you already knew most, if not all, of it. I wanted to share with you a verse that gave me hope during a difficult time.... After which I was truly and abundantly blessed with financial resources.

Please do not take offense, as I only wished to add critical context to the verse, for the uninitiated. That may have included other readers of this post.

That "apocryphal" quote again, as it was a bit buried in it's context is as follows:

"Marvel not at the works of sinners; but trust in the Lord, and abide in thy labour: for it is an easy thing in the sight of the Lord on the sudden to make a poor man rich.”

Ecclesiasticus 11:21
King James Version (KJV)

EDIT: (added text)
I also just realized that the KJV version doesn't "strike that cord," in my soul, quite like the NABRE. I'm fairly confident this was the version that I was reading the apocrypha in, at the time:

Ben Sira 11:21-23
New American Bible (Revised Edition)
21 Do not marvel at the works of a sinner,
but trust in the Lord and wait for his light;
For it is easy in the eyes of the Lord
suddenly, in an instant, to make the poor rich.

I often "get" verses which come back into my mind as I encounter various situations and conversations in daily life. The Bible indicates that the Holy Spirit, in the very hour of need, will "teach" you and bring to "remembrance" that which you should know, as well as that which you should say.

But the Helper, the Holy Spirit whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and remind you of all that I said to you.
John 14:26 NASB

11 Now when they bring you before the synagogues and the officials and the authorities, do not worry about how or what you are to speak in your defense, or what you are to say; 12 for the Holy Spirit will teach you in that very hour what you ought to say.”
Luke 12:11-12 NASB

The verse that God wanted me to remember, for you (after more than a decade of deep, serious, Bible study) just happened to be "apocryphal". Typically, those aren't the verses I'm "given" for myself , my family and my brothers and sisters in Christ. Typically it's of the 66 book protestant cannon. Scientifically, it may have to do with the fact that I've only read a couple of the apocryphal books more than once, and yet I've read the gospels and Proverbs likely more than a dozen times.

I've read the Bible so much that I can actually answer questions about what is not in it. If you want additional specific information, as such, please feel free to respond here or message me. I get joy from helping others, and putting the years of study to use. 😊

Btw, I did graduate from a Christian University, so writing, in depth and at length, regarding anything biblical is something that I have done hundreds of times. I do sincerely hope that I did not offend you. I actually strive to maintain a stringently objective scientific approach to theology. My first degree was in Computer Science.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.

So happy this site exists. It's like Facebook, but where I feel like I can be more honest. And so, I want to start with my first prayer, that I could use this platform to be honest from. I have had so much suffering in my life, for the sake of growth and development in and for God's kingdom, and...
