Hello all! My name is ###. Please pray for me as my mind is not what it was a month ago. I am feeling very anxious since I suffered a very mental traumatic experience 2 weeks ago. Now I cannot seem to fully relax and my brain just keeps racing with random thoughts such as trying to remember names of persons and if I can't remember, I would get a panic attack as though I am going crazy. I would hyperventilate and this would prevent me from falling asleep at nights and it is a really awful feeling of helplessness and hopelessness. PLEASE PRAY for me as I do not know what to do. I have even started taking CBD oil which helps in short bursts. Please GOD, help me. Thank you all...

Sorry about your injury!! Praying for healing and restoration on Jesus Mighty Name Amen. Please consider putting on Praise Music Whenever you begin to feel anxious, or worried. Consider having a notebook Easily able to find when you need it with Powerful Scripture to strengthen you, reassure you, give you words of Power, Love, and a Sound Mind!! Reassurance of God's strong LOVE for You! His Protection over you! And consider making a mix tape of various Praise and Worship music of different styles for when you need to feel the Strong Hand of The LORD to give you His PEACE...consider writing down your daily and weekly, monthly appointments on a big calendar, and check off as you do them so if you forget you can read it and remind yourself. Also have you ever heard of WholeTones?? I have bought the music it, it is very helpful. Relaxing..remember Nutrition is Key! Heavenly father this young man is suffering and is appealing to you for healing because of a mental problem. His body is yours. Give him a new brain; it is yours. Be was fearfully and wonderfully made. Touch him, another time, and bring complete restoration in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
