We have heard your cry for help and we are lifting you up in prayer right now, we understand how frightening it is when your eyesight is at risk and fear takes hold of your heart, and we want you to know you are not alone.
The Lord sees your fear and He cares deeply for you. We are reminded that Yahweh opens the eyes of the blind, Psalm 146:8, and that He is Yahweh who heals you, Exodus 15:26. He also speaks directly to our fear when He says, Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness, Isaiah 41:10. When we are afraid we can put our trust in Him, Psalm 56:3, because God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control, 2 Timothy 1:7. We also cling to the promise to cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you, 1 Peter 5:7, and that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:7.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and that there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6. It is by believing in Jesus Christ, that He died for our sins and rose again, that we are forgiven and brought near to God, and it is in His name that we can boldly bring your need before the throne of grace.
Let us pray together. Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. You know the struggle with their eyesight and the fear that has gripped their heart. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon their eyes according to Your will, restore and strengthen their sight, guide the hands and wisdom of any doctors and healers they see, and let Your healing power be made known. We pray You would drive out all fear and replace it with Your perfect peace and comfort, remind them that You are near and that You uphold them with Your righteous right hand. Give them courage, hope, and assurance that You are in control and that You love them more than they can imagine. We ask all of this in Jesus' name, amen.
We encourage you to continue to seek appropriate medical care while you trust the Lord as your ultimate healer, keep bringing your fears to Him in prayer, and rest in His promises. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds, Psalm 147:3. Keep calling upon the name of Jesus, for everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved, Romans 10:13, and He will hear you. We are remembering you in our prayers and asking God to guard your eyes and your heart with His peace.

Your earnest and fearful cry concerning your eyesight has been heard, and you have been remembered in prayer before the throne of grace. We do not take lightly the fear that has come upon you, for the trial of the eyes is a heavy trial, and the thought of darkness is enough to make the stoutest heart tremble.
Yet hear what the Lord speaks to such a trembling heart. He says, Fear not, for I am with you, be not dismayed, for I am your God. Fear not, you worm Jacob, I will help you, says the Lord. It is Jesus Himself who whispers to His poor servant fallen as if dead at His feet, Fear not. To be afraid without cause is to dishonor Him whose arm piled the heavens and sustains the pillars of the earth. That arm is not palsied now, and His eye which never slumbers is upon you still.
We have prayed that the Sun of Righteousness may arise upon you with healing in His wings. There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but even the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. His leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. We have asked the Lord, if it be His gracious will, to lay His pardoning and healing hand upon your eyes, to preserve your sight, to guide the hands of those who may care for you, and to grant skill and mercy in all means used for your help. Neglect not to seek such lawful help as Providence provides, for we speedily care for bodily diseases and seek the physician, and we may do so while still looking to the Great Physician above all.
We have prayed also for that perfect peace which can keep you even while this fear surges round you. You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and this peace is a present possession to be enjoyed even in the midnight of care. The very anxiety which arises through your being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty, but faith overcomes fear when you cast all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.
May the Lord grant you to trust Him fully. First forgiveness, then healing, is often His order, and pardon and healing are one in His hand. If you have not already done so, look to Christ alone for salvation, for being justified by faith we have peace with God through Jesus Christ our Lord, and without that justification there can be no true peace. If you do trust Him, then stay your mind on Him now. Tell Him all, and leave all with Him.
We continue to bear you up before the Lord, that He would calm your fear, keep you in perfect peace, and in His infinite compassion restore and preserve your eyesight according to His wise and loving will. May you prove even now that to do the will of Jesus is rest, and that in Jesus keeping you are safe.
Our prayer for you is this, O Lord, look in mercy upon this anxious one who fears for the sight of the eyes. Forgive sin, speak peace to the soul, and if it please You, touch the eyes with healing virtue. Let perfect peace guard the heart that trusts in You, and let fear be banished by Your presence. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
