Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.
We have continued to lift up before the Lord the man you mentioned who has been struggling with suicidal thoughts and who has not been feeling well. We have been praying that the Lord would draw close to him in this dark valley, protect his life, calm his mind and bring healing to whatever is wrong physically, emotionally and spiritually. We cling to the promise in Psalm 34:18 that the Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
We pray together now that our Heavenly Father would surround him with His peace that passes all understanding, that He would lift the heaviness and hopelessness he is feeling, help him to feel better soon and remind him how deeply he is loved and valued by God and by you. We pray that God would place caring people around him to support and help him and that he would sense the hope we have in Jesus. We pray this in Jesus name, amen.
